    I was sold an entertainment package during a time period when ***** restrictions were still very much in place. I had purchased insurance on top of the package. 30 days prior to the event, we were told that our tickets would not be able to be fully honored because of the ***** restrictions, but were offered a credit or 97% refund. We were given a short period of time to decide what to do. The insurance company claimed they could not honor a refund because of the circumstances. We had chosen to accept a credit for the next years race. It has been proven impossible to get the same ticket value that was originally purchased. I have requested the same refund numerous times since the ticket prices have skyrocketed and circumstances have changed. F1 Experiences refuses to honor the refund and continues to be difficult to work with. I had finally spoken with a supervisor who assured me no refund was possible. Seeing as how the original ticket was misrepresented, I feel a refund should be given.
