              I moved out of Kilborne apartments August of 2023 after living there for 5 years. I asked the apartment complex several times to clean the carpet during my stay. Not once in my 5 years was the carpet cleaned. When I moved out I was charged $750 dollars for carpet damage. The carpet wasnt in the best of shape but it had been 5 years. Was Kilborne apartments going use clean and reuse that carpet? I hope not.. Im looking for Kilborne apartments to forget the charges against me.

              This place is infested with roaches and they know it and are not trying to fix the problem. Dont move here.

We have done our very best to accommodate you by having our licensed pest control company service your apartment on multiple occasions. Furthermore, our buildings are treated quarterly by this pest control company and we are not aware of any other apartments at your community with a bug infestation.
