            I was renting for them an they are lying saying I own them money an I dont an they put this on my credit they are not a good company they are bad business if you look at all of there reviews an I talk to a few people an if you got to the court system you will see they be doin this to people for a long time over charging them lying in court jus to get their cases dismissed I got all my paper work for you to go thru them to see they been over charging people

            I would like to express my deep dissatisfaction with the services provided by Brown And Glenn Realty. In 2019, a tree fell on my house, and the repairs carried out were not done correctly. Since then, I have been consistently raising maintenance requests, but my concerns have fallen on deaf ears. To add to my frustration, my rent has been increased by $125 in this new renewal, even though nothing has been done to address the long-standing issues.At this point, I am left with no choice but to seek further action. I am considering contacting the city to inspect the living conditions and to potentially petition for their involvement. Additionally, I am contemplating reaching out to the news media to shed light on the ongoing problems I've been facing with Brown And Glenn Realty. This level of negligence and disregard for tenant concerns is unacceptable, and I hope that my actions will bring about the necessary improvements and accountability.
