DO NOT USE this company for pool installation. We started working with ***** in March of 2021. At that time he told us we could have our pool installed and ready to go by early May. Once we paid the deposit the delays began. Work did not start until May and many texts and calls went unanswered. I still have hundreds of text messages that document the pain and suffering he put up through. He told us many lies about the status of materials and the liner. We started asking about the status of ordering the liner in May and a few times he told us it was ordered. We ended up calling the company that was ordering it and they indicated it was never ordered. By October, yes October we still did not have the liner, pump filter, salt generator, electrical and proper bonding. No inspections were ordered during this time which we thought was odd. Additionally ***** is not a licensed contractor. He works off a "friends" contractor license which I would think is not legal. His checks started bouncing toward September/October timeframe for services he contracted out. I know this since one came to my house looking for him. Showed me the bounced check. Additionally his check to the county for the permit bounced so I ended up paying the bounce fee and the permit fee myself. In the end, he simply walked away and stopped responding. We have contracted another company to finish the work and I am scheduling the inspections myself. We fortunately stopped paying him after the second payment so we're only going to end up paying ****k more than the original contract price. I honestly don't know how he lives with himself. He is dishonest and takes your money and runs without any thought of completing the project. Thought about suing but would not get any money since he appears to have none.

DO NOT do business with this company. ****** the owner will promise you the world and will take your money, start the project, get as much $ out of you and then abandon the job site. He got my large check and then stopped coming. If you can get him on the phone, which is almost impossible, he will promise you that his workers will return and start back up but they won't. He left me with a big hole in the ground and dirt and mud everywhere and a hazardous, dangerous backyard and won't finish the project or deliver the supplies and equipment I paid for. Do Not Hire this guy!I trusted this Person, and I am in same situation as ********.
