5 starsThey havent even started the actual work yet but my experience was so good with their technician **** that Ill definitely be using their services. *** lived in my house 10yrs & have already had two different hvac companies come out to access why my upstairs rooms vents dont blow air out to no avail. **** was clean, professional, kind, and informative. He checked things I didnt even know were related to this issue. His shirt was clean when he came & dirty when he left as he left no stone unturned. He showed me photos & explained the issue to me in a way I could understand, finally. He alleviated a lot of mental pressure for me today & thats priceless.Review fromPhillip B

5 stars****** and ******* did a great job repiping my house. Once they got into it, turned out to be a bigger job than they expected and ended up staying late to complete the job. They also offered to come back another day if I wanted, but I preferred to just get it done since they were good with that. They called in for some help and the job was done in one day as I was told. After they were gone, I noticed the water pressure in the bathroom was low, so I called again and **** was sent to check things out. He cleaned out the lines and changed out another old pipe that had buildup, not letting the water through. Everyone seemed very knowledgeable about what was going on and just went in and got the job done. They were also on time, professional and personable. They explained everything to me and showed pictures of the existing piping to show me what they were talking about. Appreciate the good work.Queen City Heating, Air & Plumbing
