            6/28/2021 Painter did interior ceilings in laundry room, 2 bedrooms and living/kitchen area. Moved furniture and appliances as needed. Cleaned up and removed trash. I was never provided with a business card or any paperwork. The quote to do this work was an amount that he put in his cell phone. I OK'd the price and we shook hands. Do not even know his name! 6/29/2021 around 4PM, I decided to run a load of laundry - and heard rushing water from washer. Laundry room was sitting in 1-2" of water; and started to go into closet in laundry room and it crept towards kitchen which has laminate flooring. I had to call out ************ to find out how damaged the floors were. The laminate read at 30% moisture. I put in a call to him, and his comment was "I forget to put back drain hose; I come tomorrow to fix 11:00-12:00". I told him my son already attached the hose. When he arrived, I told him he needs to have his insurance come out and look at the floor. He said he would find someone.

            We are extremely satisfied with their work. Very nice and punctual. He showed up on time both times he stated he would and did a fantastic job! We called other painters that never showed up. Would definitely recommend them.
