On January 30th I was seen by the clinic QC Kinetix office in ******** ** for pain in my both knees and I was overwhelmed because of my pain the director suggested that go under procedure they are offering only choice she gave was for one right side knee of plasma treatment and wanted to change me $8500 and $12500 for both knees so I thought that was my only choice I had at that time to get me back to work normal life so I agreed not knowing exactly what they are doing so had me fill up a punch of paper work and signed my name . I found out the next day from another provider that they will do both knees by plasma injections for fraction of the amount QC clinic is charging to heal my pain $2700 total payments. Now I am asking for help to resolve this issue by calling QC clinic every day now after all this time by the way I did send an emails that same week requesting the cancellation of the treatment and to please refund the money to the loan institution but they are not responding to anything so I hope someone who can help me thanking you in advance.

This is a franchised location and I have asked the appropriate individual at our franchisor headquarters to notify the proper franchisee. I would like to add that our protocols extend much past a mere plasma injection.  Our program is much more thorough, and the equipment costs of the medical kits alone, for our complete regimen exceed the price quoted by the competitor.   This is not a fair comparison and by scaling down the extent of the care, it is likely that you will not have the results you desire.  A single plasma injection is probably going to make you feel better for a few weeks and then the pain will be back.  In our case that is when our next regimen would be implemented.  Perhaps you should have another discussion with the consultation coordinator so that you may more fully appreciate the medical distinctions.

I paid for services for scalp treatment due to hair loss after completing treatment from Triple Negative Stage 3 breast cancer. I have attempted for almost 3 months to work with the ****** a ** at the facility to get a refund for services I paid for with my AMEX card and I'm still paying off and was told that I do not qualify for are fund and he's no longer employed. There. He said I would have to start from scratch and file another complaint with QC Kinetics despite working on this for four months.

This is ************************* writing. I am the General Counsel for the franchisor. Could you please tell us where your treatments were provided?  Also, what is the nature of your problem with the services provided, other than wanting your money back?  Did you complete the prescribed treatments?  Have you been treated with professional courtesy and care while receiving the treatments?

I was receiving shots in my knee through ** Kinetix (*********** East) (a franchise) from fall 2022 to April 2023. I showed up for my appointment in May 2023 to find a legal notice on the door and have received no communication from them despite my attempts. The **************** did not finish my procedures; they didn't even get to the main procedure. I called ** Kinetix Corporate and they were receptive, but I have not received any communication from them to attempt a resolution. Corporate was not aware the franchise office was permanently closed. I called Care Credit (through *************** since I financed $10,000 through Care Credit and they paid ** Kinetix in full). Care Credit was sympathetic and the representative filed an internal form indicating that I had not received the main procedure. I have not heard back. Meanwhile, I'm still making payments to Care Credit despite not receiving my full procedures. The paperwork ** Kinetix gave me showed that a typical full treatment is five phases of shots, with phase #4 being the main beneficial procedure. The franchise office only treated me through phase #3, not even getting to the main beneficial procedure. The ** Kinetix (*********** ************ is permanently closed also. That location was ran by the same ********************************* and treatments received by the same ***********************, **. Even after being closed, they still posted many ******** advertisements, presumably to draw new clients. There has to be more than one patient (me) who is affected by this.

This clinic was a franchised clinic operated by an independent franchisee. The franchisee closed the clinic and abandoned it without notifying the corporate office of the franchisor.   The franchisee relocated his residence without notifying the franchisor. A private investigator was hired to find the franchisee, which was successful.   The franchisee was served with a termination notice, the franchise license was terminated and the franchisor has demanded mediation in accordance with the franchise agreement. The franchisor suspects that the mediation demand will be ignored and is preparing to file for arbitration.  If possible, the franchisor will attempt to seek redress for people who did not receive the treatments they paid for.  None of these payments were received by the franchisor, unless a royalty payment included funds from a paying patient. The franchisor is also owed a significant sum of money.

We recommend that aggrieved individuals contact the ** attorney general.  The individual responsible for this is ********************** who currently resides in *****, *****.

    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my complaint, and find that this resolution is acceptable to me. If the franchisor receives monetary compensation from the franchisee, I will presume that the franchisor will contact me with monetary compensation as well.

    Thank you.

I have never dealt with such unprofessional "medical professionals" in my life. I am a nurse and I have worked in multiple areas of healthcare in different settings. They never return phone calls to my mother who is the patient, they never took x-rays which seems absurd since they are doing "medical procedures" on people involving joints. The office looks like a back alley set up and seems shady as s*** The last time my mom had something done by them she couldn't walk for 4 days afterward and I called multiple times regarding this issue as did my mom and no one returned a phone call, email nothing. Just complete silence on their end. My mom is supposed to have another "treatment" with them on Saturday and it involves aspirating bone marrow from her hip, they were supposed to call in a sedative for her and they have not and we again have called multiple times and no one returns a phone call. At this point I wouldn't let these people take care of a dirty sock let alone my mother. I want my mom's money returned because nothing that they promised her has happened yet and I feel like they are running a insurance scam at this point. There is no doctor on site or who has ever seen my mom and I'm not even sure these people are licensed to practice medicine because I have yet to see any credentialing from them. I have worked in medical offices and this doesn't seem legit or legal at all in my professional opinion. These people need to be stopped before they steal anyone else's money or cause someone real damage.

We need to somehow identify what clinic performed these services.  There is no way to tell if the complaint is actua;ly about QC Kinetix.   Once we determine that we can respond to the substance of the matter and perhaps take corrective action.

Having a problem with general anesthesia I sought help for a torn meniscus from QCKinetics. I went for a "free evaluation" and after 3 long hours of the director insisting it would help me I agreed to try it. I ONLY agreed because the man I assume was the director, *****, absolutely promised me three times that he would refund my money if it did not help. The cost out of pocket was 12 thousand dollars, which he also helped me finance through Care Credit. I had taken my MRI disk along for them to review but ******* response was that he did not need to see it, he was positive it was my answer. It has now been over a year and my treatments are over, they were very painful but out of desperation I was willing to endure it, ***** convinced me so strongly that it would work. I have had no improvement at all, not a bit. I am worse now and walking with a cane and QCKinetics will not refund my money as promised. I am making payments and will be for a long time for absolutely nothing but a lot of suffering. I also found out the doctor treating me at their ****** location has a criminal record.
