    I placed and order (for six items) on Oct 7, 2024. I got an email order confirmation, and I could see the items in my order history as "processing"... but for five weeks?!! I called and left messages (because no one EVER answered when I called) on four different occasions: 10/25, 10/28, 10/30, and Nov 13. NOTHING. I wrote emails asking about the status and help on three occasions: 11/25, 11/28, 11/30. NOTHING no reply of any kind, no adjustment or change to my account. Just silence. Definitely this is NO WAY to do business. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE.

    ????BEWARE??Actually, the rating I give TheWaterBottleStore (including *****), is a minus five stars (-??????????).Two months ago placed an order and received no tracking number, no shipment, no delivery, no status.Sent text, email, phone calls, and got no response, therefore no refund. *****/TheWaterBottleStore have stolen $75 from me! Obviously this is an illegitimate business. Save yourself from anxiety and from having your money stolen from you, DONT ATTEMPT TO MAKE PURCHASES FROM TheWaterBottleStore ??
