    These guy's r a joke, ***** monthly subscription for nothing, they don't help u, they s**** you over w there pricing, After I canceled my subscription, I found a new company that charges $129 per month w meds and subscription, Guy's if u read this, do not use there products, they are severely over pricing and gouging. I do not recommend there products.

    Ordered the $50 test kit. Was auto charged $99, but was informed that was to schedule my virtual visit with medical staff. Was prescribed $125 worth of TRT, plus $30 for needles on 6/17/2025. Updated payment info on 6/25, it is now 7/05 and no mediation has been shipped and I was billed again $99 for a monthly subscription which I never signed up for or agreed to. Called customer service number repeatedly over 4 days and cant get anyone over the phone. So now I am out a total of $570 total with literally nothing to show for it. No medications, no actual prescription with prescriber credentials, nothing. This service is predatory and misleading.

    DO NOT DO THIS DO NOT DO THIS. IT IS A SCAM. I signed up for this after getting a mailer sent to my house. They canceled my first appointment with them 30 minutes before it was supposed to happen after I took time off work to have the meeting. Called customer service who gave me the run-around, they didn't have a good excuse as to why my appointment was scheduled and when I asked for a refund they hung up on me - twice. I finally got my 4.95 refunded (I am NOT the kind of person to do this, btw, and have never done this). Disaster - I would never in a million years trust a "medical team" like this w/ my information.

    My over all experience has gone from poor to worse. I was led to believe I would pay $99 a month plus less than $100 for meds. In 2 months I have been charged over $600. To top it off i looked at my hormone levels and I am in the normal for ************. Why are they still pushing this on me. Obviously money driven.

    I had symptoms of low testeosterone (age 63) so looked for companies that could test and prescribe if needed. I found MaleExcel and as it turned out, IT IS A SCAM. I filled out the detailed symptoms/assesment list, drug and condition list etc and results indicated I needed ***. I paid the $49 fee for the test, consultation and two days later received my blood test kit - which I returned on the same day. Results were no longer than 5 working days so waited. After 8 working days, contacted the FOREIGN call center and was told that the results would be ready the following day. They were not. I called again and was told that the results would be ready that day or contact them. They were not ready so contacted the - to be told that the results had just been received. I live in **, the lab is 20 minutes from me, it took them 2 days to ship theoriginal kit so realistically, THEY WERE JUST LYING. I called the day of the appointment and they told me results were not needed for the doctors assessment - which I had done online two weeks earlier. This did not make sense as a doctor cannot confirm a condition without test results - and then was told that this was just the initial consultaion - I CALL BS! So I requested they cancel my "membership" but could not remove my credit card. This is undoubtedly a fly-by-night company so will report them to the ***. However, whatever you do, make sure to use the **** for these type of transaction as if they try to bill me, **** will not remit on my behalf. Additionally, now that they will not send the results - which I paid for - I will contact **** and have the funds returned.

    I spoke with Mr. ********* today regarding his specific concerns including our lab processing time, intake process, patient education and his experience with our team over the phone.  He was very reasonable and expressed a better understanding of our processes.  He is welcome to come back anytime in the future.

    They billed me $79 "Membership" fee, provided a cheap web appt that was not accessible. I gave up after an hour.They refuse to return my money.

    Good Experience, if a bit expensive.I completed an online questionnaire, got the blood test kit and once results came back I scheduled an online consultation with a nurse practitioner who prescribed my meds. It all seemed pretty straightforward to me and I now receive my meds regularly without any issues. The $99 monthly membership charge is a little annoying.

    Very expensive with no result. There is no communication I was supposed to be called when my test results were completed for an appointment to discuss and never got that call the treatment did nothing for me

    Male Excel is a slick marketing paper Tiger. The preceding reviews were successful interactions compared to mine. I PAYED the costs, filled out the medical history even got the well made test kit. I sent it off. Impressed.The stall is all you have to do is fill out the medical history. Hmm?! They aren't suppose to send kits absent a history. Life has shown, lose you once lose you twice.
