I have been wanting to do something like this for a while. This company seems to be very unorganized, first I set my appointment then I get a confirmation text, THEN I get another text saying I need to schedule? Then I get another text that I need to reschedule? I was then getting two different emails with two different dates, so I call and schedule yet again, and then I get two conflicting emails with different dates again? I call again (the person i spoke with had zero emotion and clearly didn't care the hassle I've been going thru) now I think I'm good this emotionless person cleared out the other email and appointment. Then I get another text "Male Excel Update: Your online consultation with a Male Excel medical provider is required for treatment. Please schedule your appointment by clicking the following link: ****************************************************************. If you require help with scheduling, please call" even though I just got off the phone with them. So I get ready for the chat hoping that it is accurate considering the above garbage and unorganized scheduling. I thought this was going to be over the phone today I realize that this is a video chat and the computer I have does not have a camera or microphone. This I will take responsibility for. I canceled everything, I didn't like the 24 text messages or all the emails. I wish I had gone here first and read these comments instead of throwing away $49. ***********************

I am new to this outfit. First, I find their pricing to be competitive and their manner extremely helpful. Their protocols seem to be inline with the things suggested in the research I have done. ie. they prescribe to symptoms rather than relying only on blood tests. The ** was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. I have read that the price gets jacked as time goes on so I remain a little wary.. but time will tell. All I can say is... so far so good.

Our medication costs can vary from person to person depending on their prescription, dose and treatment plan required for complete hormone optimization. Payments are billed & shipped bi-monthly. The average monthly cost for testosterone cypionate injections will be between $120 and $145. Testosterone cream/gel is $132-$195. Triclozene (generic) Clomid - a once-daily pill is $95. Not scared put my name I'm *************************** I keep seeing bad reviews but I have been with Male Excel now five months yes it ant free but what is do you want go out to eat and spend hundred bucks on dinner so you feel s**** go home lay down or spend a hundred a week to feel good I feel better than have in many years and my wife is happy to lol if you can't afford it I recommend you cut out few things you don't need save the money for it cause if you really want feel good and have a good life this is where Male Excel I'm almost 48 and I feel 28 I'm so happy I did it

I was only with ME for just over a month. When the medication cost was suddenly raised, I cancelled my membership. I cancelled my membership LITERALLY the day after I was charged the $75 for the next month. I asked several times for a refund. I received one response asking me for my information, and then I never heard from them again nor received another response. No refund. About 6-8 months later I send a message asking if I would be able to restart my services with them, and was send a generic response telling me that my business was more than welcome I just had to order the test kit and start all over again with them. Clearly a lame grab at the possibility of another $99 or whatever. Not cool.

We are sorry to hear that this member was unhappy with our customer experience. Our customer support team have confirmed that the last transaction for this member was 18 months ago and are unable to trace any transactions for $75.?

Shocked by these reviews. Nothing but good things to say about Male Excel or their process. My PCP ***** is very responsive and transparent. The price is expensive but the results have made it worth it. I am paying a little over $275 a month for service fee w/ TRT and thyroid treatment.

I've been with Male Excel now for 19 months. My body fat has gone from 23% to 17%, My libido has improved and my stamina and over al well being has improved dramatically. I am 59 years old and am in great shape. If you cant afford this treatment then don't jump in.

Dont do it! They have shady pricing and billing. Then they constantly raise the rates. You pay for the medication they and 75$ monthly membership fee which is all has gone up and is going up again. Dont be surprised when you are paying over 200$ a month.

We are transparent with our pricing and we do not constantly change the rates. We state the cost of the medical monitoring fee (which is not being increased again), the cost of the medication and explain how we bill our members prior to starting treatment. The medication cost can vary depending on the dose required to meet your individual needs and this will also be explained in advance.

No stars. Doctor they use to brag off services is closed on ******* They charge you for blood panel, without reviewing blood panel tell me now $80 later its $80 a month for a plan and up to $350mo for medication complete different treatment than bragged about. My online video chat was supposed to be with one named woman and was with a complete different person with too strong of Chinese accent to understand. I request my money back taken that wasnt even needed!!!

This is not accurate - our online video consultations are with fully qualified and licensed medical providers. Also, we do review blood results, but we also take into account the symptoms that patients' are experiencing when prescribing treatment. I can see from our records that this person did not proceed with the treatment.
