    I hired this company to move me on 5/9/2025 ****** dollars later this companys workers were unprofessional rude and very carelessThey broke 2 expensive pieces of furniture and didnt even tell me that the items were broken.I called to report the damage items to the owner who was just as unprofessional and rude as his employees.He doesnt want to refund me and replace the items that his workers ******** missing pieces that go to other furniture.I have yet to get an apology or my items replaced.I out of ****** and 3 broken pieces of furniture.I dont suggest anybody use them for any moving service.The insurance company this guy uses is a freaking joke.I hired/paid them to do a job this is by far the worst customer service Ive ever experienced!!!

    We have issued a total refund of $600 to Ms. ***** in response to the dissatisfaction and furniture damage experienced during her move.

    I am rejecting this response because:The amount that was paid when I purchased these furniture pieces.I paid over 3000$ for them.600$ is a slap to the face and want replace them,I dont want any money I want my stuff replacedI have yet to receive a check Im taking this to small claims court These ppl need to replace what was broken in the process of moving me and any other moving company would do. unprofessionalism is its ********* actually surprised at the way Im being handled.I trusted these ppl and I was ********* left with broken furniture i thought i was hiring professionals that knew what they were doing!
