      This dealership has been working on my 2020 *****. They have been repairing the oil cooler twice, the radiator 3 times. Last Dec the oil cooler and a complete clean up of oil in the radiator was repaired by this dealership. Currently the same thing has occurred..only the engine is damaged and a nearly $17k estimate for a used engine. They have had the car for 3 weeks. They will not move forward because they are waiting on maxcare(carmax) and saying that I need to provide an oil change record. My family friend changed the oil and does not have a record or a shop to show proof. Whats happening is wrong. Since Dec I put 1500 miles on the car. I work from home, so I don't drive it much. It has 58k miles on it - low mileage for a car that is not reliable. Volkswagen and also Carmax maxcare will not move forward with an oil change record. The car also has been worked on so much that oil has been added since oil dispelled all over the engine and into the radiator 3 times!!

      We are not affiliated with the warranty company *******, which is holding up your engine repairs, not our dealership. Our dealership is happy to complete the necessary repairs. Still, if you want your third-party (non-VW) warranty company to pay for it, they require proof that you provide evidence of your completed necessary oil changes. We care about our customers and our reputation, and ask that you don't hesitate to contact your warranty company.

      Then complete the repairs which you are responsible for since the December repair, and now 4 months later, the oil cooler failed again. There is a warranty on your work, so make it right! I still don't have a car and its going on a month! I can't get Volkswagen to talk to me. THIS IS WRONG!!!

      the ***** was transferred via tow truck from Volkswagen of South Charlotte to Volkswagen of the Carolinas - where pictures and documentation show that the Volkswagen of south charlotte also left components of the hoses, and engine parts not properly connected correctly. ******* is not aware of the mishandling of the vehicle while at the South Charlotte Volkswagen. ** corporate is aware. In addition, the dealership is well aware of Service Action Code: 38C5 - due to a known problem with seals on the transmission oil cooler that may cause them to leak. The recall was initiated on or about March 25, 2020.

      Purchase Price Refund Platinum extended warranty is a scam. The extended warranty offered by ********************* is a scam and worthless. I bought a 2017 VW Passat from them in October 2017. The salesperson, *********************************, knew I did not want the warranty. However, the finance manager, *******************, convinced me to buy it. He said that the 2017 model had many new features that could malfunction. He also said that if I did not use the warranty, I would get a full refund of $2499. He gave me a one-page contract that stated the purchase price refund policy.I was happy with the car and never needed the warranty. I serviced it regularly at the dealership. In August 2023, I contacted First Mile ************** Services to request my refund. They refused to give it to me. They said that the warranty had expired and that I had missed the 60-day window to file a claim. I told them that ***** had not given me the full contract terms or mentioned any time limit. They did not care and told me to talk to the dealership.I called ***** and he promised to look into it. He never called me back. Then his manager, *****, called me and said he would talk to First Mile. He also never followed up with me. Every time I call them, they are either busy or unavailable. I had also purchased a VW Jetta in 2016 from this dealership and this behavior is disappointing and very unprofessional. ***** tricked me into buying a useless warranty and did not honor their promise. I regret doing business with ********************* and I would not recommend them to anyone.

      This dealership is horrible. I sold my car to them recently. The car was fully paid off but I did not have yet have the title. I was promised that they would take the car and have a check waiting for me when I received the title. Two full days post transaction I returned to the dealership with the title in hand to pick up my check. I noticed when I arrived they had my vehicle at the front of their dealership with stickers for sale. To my disappointment they did not have my check and did not have a good reason why. They lied to me, are selling MY car they have not paid ME for and have offered NO consumer satisfaction to ME. AVOID AT ALL COST. THESE GUYS ARE TYPICAL CAR CROOKS DRESSED UP BY VOLKSWAGEN. THEY CARE NOTHING FOR. CONSUMERS AND DO NOT EVEN PAY THEM ON TIME FOR THE VEHICLES THEY PURCHASE FROM THEM TO SELL FOR THEIR OWN PROFIT. THE WORST, JUST CROOKS.

      Finance manager *********************** is the man! He walked me through the complicated process of buying out my lease and bent over backwards to make sure I was taken care of. I appreciate how everyone at this dealership conducts business, if you want a VW come here and see my man ****!

      I want to give my feedback on this dealership. I have worked with ************** and purchased a 2022 VW Arteon. ************** went above and beyond to make sure this car was secured for me. It took me some time to prepare the money as I could not do financing due to my credit. ************** went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. I could not be any happier. I was able to pick up my car on Sept 23rd, 2022. I highly recommend this dealership for a few reasons below: 1. They do not push you to buy extra add-ons. 2. When you go to the service department. They do not upsell you on stuff that your does not need. 3. Staff is friendly and professional. 4. You feel comfortable doing business with this dealership. I have worked with other dealers and know when dealers cross the line. I could not be happier doing business with this dealer. If you see this message, please visit the dealer and see for yourself.

      Ive had an awesome experience at VW South Charlotte. ***** in sales is super knowledgeable & he will continue to be ************ for my car needs. As for service my VW, I wouldnt take it any other place. Definitely recommend VW South Charlotte!

      Purchasing my new Atlas from VW of South Charlotte was the absolute best experience. From the moment ***************************** greeted me, he had excellent communication and he's very professional. I'd highly recommend him for any sales inquiries. He was able to tailor the best model with my needs as a new mom, and then patiently went over all of the options the vehicle came with. The managers were very kind as well.       Super happy with my purchase of my 2019 VW Golf from Volkswagen South Charlotte ! I was referred by a a friend who had also bought a few vehicles there to take a look at their inventory. ******************************* was my direct contact. He was polite, informative and very prompt with responding to my texts. The entire buying process took me around an hour. No regrets.
