      I took my car into Toyota *************************** to get the radiator fixed, that was the only issue my car faced and this had been confirmed by several auto shops, including Toyota prior to dropoff. While the Technician worked on the radiator, they damaged the wire connected to the alternator (this has been confirmed by second opinion and by my ability to drive the car to the shop for dropoff). I have never had any issue with starting or stopping my car, all of the power in the vehicle was lost after they accidentally messed up the alternator. When I went to pickup my car initially, after the radiator work was completed, the engine covers were upside down and the under hood was in complete disarray. I was astonished by the treatment of my vehicle. Also, when I tried to drive it off the lot, there was no power to the brakes causing brake failure, I was unable to steer the wheel and electrical issues alerts were flashing. The vehicle was no longer drive able. When this issue was raised to the company, they refused to take accountability for their actions and instead stated that it was coincidence. I was quoted $1000 for the radiator initially, which was to be expected for a dealership. However, I also ended up spending an additional $1374.24 for the alternator, that was completely fine before I took the vehicle to Toyota. I even have proof that the alternator was working before Toyota of Town and Country received this vehicle. My total bill ended up being $3458.67 when it shouldve only been $2084.43. I am highly disappointed in the service received at what I believed to be a reputable dealership.

      BUYER BEWARE!!! I found a car at this delaership and drove to ********* that day to check it out. The sales person was a bit helpful at first; letting us drive it and answering questions. Once we filled out paperwork that night, it all went downhill. As we made arrangements for pickup and payment over the next two weeks, he would ignore calls and was helpless. I had informed him that I was coming from out of town, told him the date weeks in advance, and to please have everything in good order. Upon arrival, the car was filthy inside and out, paperwork wasn't ready, etc. Then things got worse. We had temporary tags, but they soon expired and we hadn't received title or plate, I called at least 10 times leaving 10 or more messages with ANYONE who would be willing to help (sales, management, service department). NOTHING! I called DMV in desperation, and despite having the vehicle for 2 months, they didn't show me as owner! Finally I retrieved and sent an email to the manager that had helped me with the original paperwork. As it turns out, I WAS INFORMED THAT THIS DEALERSHIP SOLD ME A CAR THAT THEY DIDN'T EVEN OWN! They were waiting on the actual owners to sign a form. No ETA they said. The manager then told me he changed departments and he was doing me a FAVOR as this wasn't his responsibility any more. After much back and forth with him, delayed responses, and after threatening legal action, the manager assured me both title and tag were coming overnight ****** The plate did, but I still didn't have the title. Of course, he now began to completely ignore my emails and phone calls permanently after inquiring about the title. After calling DMV myself...again, I realized that the title was now being put in my name, and it's now on the way. So...I should be done with this nightmare. THIS HAS BEEN ONE OF THE WORST BUSINESS EXPERINECES IN MY 50 YEARS ON EARTH. NOBODY took an ounce of ownership in my problem. Work with them at your peril. God help us all!
