I called on my lunch to let Tien know I will be there after 6 when I get off to get my nails done she said ok. This business close at 7 I would've been fine but I wanted to call to let them know. I get there 6:15pm, I believe the guy there name is Kevin im not 100% positive, but I'm for sure the woman is Tien. They both looked annoyed when I walked in. As soon as I sat down with Kevin to get my nails done he showed me a mani hand and asked what length do I want I showed him which I get short nails regular polish he told me it would be 40 dollars. Which I believe is over charging every where else is 25. But I didn't make a big deal I just asked did their prices go up he said "yes if you want to go somewhere else you can leave" I said all I asked was a simple question and he continued to do nails. As I was getting nails done, both Tien and Kevin were being rude in many ways. A young lady walked in and ask if she can get her nail repaired she had 2 that she needed repaired. (GEL) the poster said a different price than what Tien told her. Tien told her it would be 25 dollars each 50 total. Now that is just ridiculous. The young lady stated "I see why you guys don't have business here" and walked out. LOL. I couldn't agree more but I was already sitting down getting my nails done. As I was getting them done Kevin was rough with my hands, cut me a few times with tools used for filing and when I asked for a third coat of polish he said no you can only get 2 coats. And I wanted square shape he gave me round nails and stated I told him that at the beginning which I did not. He caught an attitude about it, but fixed my nails. Also their dryer was broken, so I had to use fan at counter. It was 7:02 when I started to dry my nails at 7:03 he said they should be dry I put a "quick dryer" on them, I stated I would like to wait atleast 5 mins to make sure they are dry. (Why would they be dry after 1 min? With a "quick dryer oil" that he put on whatever that is" LOL. Anyways 7:04 comes around he states ok you have to go I live in SC I need to leave. That had nothing to do with me I waited until 7:07pm, asked for his name he said "no name" HA. then I left. Worst service ever and over priced. They will be out of business soon.
