    I hired them to move my belongings from ************************************* on September 5, 2025. They assigned me an arrival window of 8am-10am in which I planned my move accordingly to pick up my keys from my new leasing office. Prior to moving day, I called to clarify what responsibilities I had in terms of packing up my stuff and was i told that for the movers bring a mattress protection bag and things to wrap up any mirrors or tvs and whatever is used for those items will be charged extra at the end of the move. At 8:25am I received a text saying the movers were 229 minutes away which puts them at an arrival time of 12:14pm, however they did not show until 1:26pm after I tried to call the company to get better estimates as to when they may arrive. Despite the significantly late arrival, the moving crew showed no sense of efficiency to load my belongings, often stopping to chit chat, take personal phone calls, and use my bathroom without so much as the courtesy of asking (of course I would have gladly obliged, but this point is to illustrate the lack of professionalism). The transfer to Charlotte did not even begin until approximately 3:00pm. I also overheard them saying they both forgot the mattress protection bag but can just put it on a tarp and never told me about this. I had to come up with alternative arrangements to retrieve my keys as my leasing office would now be closed upon my arrival. I reached out to them at 7:08pm to provide directions and advise them that the parking garage only had an 8 foot clearance. At that time, they told me they would arrive in approximately 30 minutes as they had to stop for gas again. Instead, it was 50 minutes. They completed moving my stuff around 10:30pm and showed me that they broke the TV stand off and I then later realized they also put several black marks on my bedroom walls, soiled my mattress and mattress topper, and broke 2 of my chairs but made me aware only of the TV stand broken off.
