    I am filing is offical complaint against Midwest Moving. I had profoundly unacceptable and alarming experience with the moving companymarked by blatant contract violations, damage to property, and aggressive, threatening conduct. I must reiterate in the strongest possible terms: this was not a mere service failure, but a situation involving coercion, deception, and exploitation. This move was arranged under a binding agreement (I have text messages as evidence), supported by written communication and a walkthrough-based price adjustment. Midwest Moving violated the agreement on multiple fronts: They failed to transport all items from the origin to the destination, as contractually obligated (have photos of the stuff left behind) They lost and damaged belongings, and carelessly dumped my possessions in the driveway instead of bringing them into the home (I have photo evidence) They engaged in hostile and threatening behavior, using vulgar language and creating an unsafe environment that required police intervention. They coerced me into signing a completion form under duress, which does not reflect the truth of the situation and must not be accepted as valid consent. Supporting evidence: Photographic evidence of property damage and mishandling Copies of all relevant communications and agreements Receipt for an additional $800 paid to a second moving company to complete the job Police involvement details, Okay to contact police department to confirm Please confirm receipt of this follow-up and advise if any further documentation is required on my end. I also request to be contacted directly before any decision is finalized. This matter deserves full and fair consideration. Thank you for your attention and cooperation.
