    DO NOT USE!!! SEE ITHER REVIEWS ON LINE AND WITH BBB. ********. Underestimate cubic feet, charge thousands extra after you are locked in, major attitudes, DAMAGE PROPERTY, REFUSE TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY, REFUSE TO ANSWER TEXT MESSAGES ONCE LOCKED IN, send trucks TOO SMALL and tell you "WE CANT FIT IT ALL"...WORST MOVERS IN THE **.

    We normally let our work speak for itself, but this review is simply not based on facts. The entire move was completed exactly as agreed and fully documented.This individual became verbally abusive toward our staff including sending emails with profanity after being asked to comply with the terms they had signed. We chose not to continue that kind of conversation.Thousands of satisfied clients and verified reviews tell a very different story.     Like other reviews about MOVING HUB, these guys are scammers. They under estimate the Cubic Ft of the move on purpose and show up with a smaller truck. Then they double your cost to get another truck to complete the move. It's incredible well choreographed scam. They have you trapped as they threaten to just leave your stuff knowing you're on a tight schedule. Communication is almost none they don't speak English and the level of damage to priceless antiques was hard to comprehend. Run and run far from these guys.

    We are sorry to hear you feel this way. Our estimates are always based on the inventory and details provided to our team prior to the move. If additional items, oversized furniture, or extra space is required, the cubic footage may increase and adjustments must be made accordingly. This is standard in the moving industry and is explained in every estimate and agreement before services take place.Our trucks are standard 26-foot box trucks, not small trucks. At no point do we threaten to leave a clients belongings behind. Instead, we do our best to accommodate last-minute changes so the move can be completed *********** for damages, our company is fully licensed and insured. We have a formal claims process in place and encourage you to submit the details so we can properly investigate and resolve them.We take customer concerns very seriously and remain committed to providing professional service to all of our clients.

    Overall happy with experience with ******* Hub. Our items were picked up and furniture wrapped items came down to ******* from ********* in 6 days. The only thing I would have liked to know is that we had to pay for TV Boxes and thought they were include. Other than that it was a good service that got us from point A to point B. We would recomend to a friend.

    This company has every red flag on the DoT website, DO NOT TRUST THEM.1) Gave me a 2 day pick up ********** had a flight out the next morning. They called me at noon 2nd day & said they wouldn't make it that day for pick up & would not compensate me for having to change my flight, no concern that I had to be out of my apartment that day. They gave me a $100 discount & ended up charging me other ridiculous fees that offset the entire thing.2) Random Fees: Some of these are mentioned in the agreement fine print, but I've found it changes from day to day. One day elevators are free, but at drop off they tried to charge me $100 elevator charge that is not disclosed. They tried to charge me 3x the long carry fee for the distance I had, probably thinking I wouldn't measure myself.4) They had my inventory wrong. I told them before they loaded, but they refused to recount boxes. Got in a huge argument with over it & only would recount when I refused to sign the inventory list after they loaded up.5) They are extremely unprofessional - they will randomly call/text from different numbers, never give you ETA or location. My boxes arrived torn up, open, crushed.. They throw them around and god knows where they've been the last 2 weeks. Luckily I brought all my ********************** in my car when I drove it cross-country so my things were okay. They seem to be running some sort of scam with the broker company that hooked me up with them, making me call all over, acting like they are separate parties, but they are definitely in cahoots somehow. I was on the phone threatening legal action with the broker when Moving Hub called me & conveniently were loading my things right now and it'll be to me the next day after they refused for a week to tell me where my stuff was. Sometimes I would call Moving Hub & leave a voicemail but the broker would return my call within minutes. It doesn't make sense.I'm out of space, but bottom line STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

    Our records indicate that there were no additional or unreasonable charges applied beyond what was outlined in your paperwork. Charges such as elevator use and extra-long carry are standard in our industry, as they require significantly more work from the crew. These charges cannot be determined at the time of booking unless the client provides exact details of distances and building access in advance.

    As stated in your signed contract, the company has up to 30 business days to deliver household goods under standard service. A guaranteed delivery date is only available with the purchase of our premium service, which was not selected in your case.


    This is the legal agreement that you entered into with us, and we have followed it as written.
