      I bought a 6 month mosquito spray package that was not fulfilled. They stopped spraying for the season and said they would refund me for the last spray. They stopped responding to emails when the refund was not given. After reaching them by phone, was gaslit and told they have no control over refunds and would not put into writing I was owed money and when I would receive it. They refused to respond to my emails, even though they saw them. I would like the refund of the remaining session that was not fulfilled: $54.22 Their overall customer service and communication is poor: Texting outside of respectful hours (1 am, 10 pm), not responding to texts or emails, not fulfilling contracts.

      We will honor the paid treatment by providing it whenever the client would like it to be provided this 2025 season. We do not give refunds unless the client relocated.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      The owner, Jamil, stated twice on the phone that I would receive a refund for the services not completed.  He said I needed to be patient with the processing of the refund.  He blamed me for not being patient enough with an unknown timeline, including months to wait.  He chose not to respond to my correspondences even though he said he read my emails. Their most recent email to me stated they apologized for the delayed response (of 2 months), but they're only responding due to this BBB complaint.  I will only accept a refund of the services not completed as I was told by the owner twice.  This is poor professionalism on their part for not following through with services during the season.  They chose to stop services, not me. If they have a timeline for a season, they should not create contracts beyond that timeline.
