We have been alerted by individuals, who have neither current nor previous associations with our business, about receiving unsolicited telephone communications from an entity falsely representing Premier Lending. These individuals have reported receiving between 5 to 12 daily calls, amounting to 50 to 70 calls weekly, from various phone numbers that share a common prefix but differ in the last four digits (e.g., *****************-523-3417, ... ************). It is important to note that none of these phone numbers are affiliated with our company.

The fraudulent calls involve a person identifying themselves as "******* from Premier Lending" and requesting follow-up on a supposedly pending loan application. This script is misleading and aims to collect personal information under false pretenses.Premier Lending, Inc. has no connection to these activities and has taken steps to investigate and address this issue. Despite our efforts, including prior complaints filed with your agency, public announcements, and direct communication with affected parties advising them to report these incidents to the *** and FCC, the fraudulent calls persist. We have requested the ***** assistance in investigating and halting these fraudulent activities misusing Premier Lending, Inc.'s name. Our aim is to protect our reputation and assist those who have been inadvertently involved in this scam.

Additionally, we have engaged with local authorities in ********* and called the Better Business Bureau to clarify that any complaints against our company stem from this fraudulent activity. We are committed to resolving this matter and have provided guidance to those impacted on how to protect themselves from unwanted communications, as per FCC recommendations.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. We are ready to provide any additional information required to assist in your investigation.

This company calls 3-4 times, every day...even the weekends. They call from a different number every time, all with the same '844' area code though. There is never anyone on the line, it is just a recording telling me to call them. It's been going on for weeks, and I block the number every time. I have never reached out to them for their service, they got my information from someone else. It's to the point of affecting my job, as I am a teacher and work all day. They even call me at night when I am at my 2nd job bartending.
