I signed my sister up for the 4 hour online driving classes for $75. It said when I signed her up that I would receive an email regarding the class. I received an email receipt for the purchase but didnt receive anything about the class for 10 days! When I did receive the email I read that she had 14 days to complete the class. I did not notice that the class expired 4 days after receiving the email. I contacted my sister to take the class but then noticed that it had expired because she had 4 days from the receipt of the email to take the class NOT 14 days. So I called the company to explain the problem expecting them to do something since I HAD NOT received the email within an appropriate amount of time. But they informed me that it did not matter that I had had the email with the code and instructions for taking the class for only 4 days, because she could have done the course in that time and that she would have to pay $75 AGAIN to get a new code to take the class. They refused to accept any responsibility, instead told me that I should have contacted them when I didn't receive the email. There was never a time stamp given on the website when registering or on the receipt email that I received. I would not use this company because you might have only 4 days to complete a class that you should have 14 days to complete. And they will just tell you to pay them again for their inability to get you the email.
