    On July 23, I went to *** to drop off a return to be delivered back to ASOS. Typically, *** provides a receipt but this day a receipt wasnt provided. When **** retrieved the return, they send a message and I havent received one. So now it looks like the return was never received because the driver that day did not scan the package in. I contacted *** customer service they said in order for them to assist the merchant has to file the claim since they created the label. I contacted ****, they need a receipt in order to assist me. I contacted the store again to see if I can get a copy of the drop off receipt since there wasnt one provided to me when I dropped it off was told I cant get a copy since the package wasnt scanned in. Theyve done the bare minimum in trying to get this situation resolved.

    ******* *** reached out to The *** Store about his package that he stated he dropped off at ***. The *** Store is a franchise and is a drop point for *** packages. There is limited liability when it comes to packages that are pre-labeled and pre-packaged, which in this case the shipment was not tendered at the location and therefore insight on this "drop off" package would be seen on a receipt that he would have received at the time of drop off. Team members of the store have stated for him to contact *** for updates as the package is the responsibility of *** for delivery, not The *** Store. Unfortunately, there is no proof that the package was actually brought to the store as a receipt would serve as proof. Additionally, reporting within the system would show a package with the given tracking number was scanned at the store, which is not found on the many pages of hundreds of tracking numbers.
