      I entered into an agreement with SafeShip and Global Moving LLC that stated they would move my personal belongings from **** to *********, with a pick up date of 8/12/22 and delivery date of 09/04/22. Two boxes were lost, with items valued at $3,410. Furthermore, my old world solid queen ********* was damaged, valued at $500. The contract with SafeShip stated that I would not be charged for elevator use, yet was charged $75 for it. I was also charged $104 for a long carry over the 75 feet covered in my contract, even though the distance carried was less than 75 feet. Finally, I was charged $600 for shuttle use, even though the property could adequately fit the full semi-truck that was being used. I am now demanding $4,689 from SafeShip for breaking our agreement. In order to remedy this, SafeShip and I, along with the carrier Global Moving LLC., entered into an investigation with the moving claims service provider CSI Pros beginning on 10/03/22. I was assigned a case manager on 11/20/22, and the investigation was concluded on 05/26/23, more than the 120 days permissible by federal law. Furthermore, the overcharges specifically were recommended by CSI Pros to be handled by SafeShip and Global Moving LLC.

      Agreement to move items from ****** ** to ***** **. was made with ******** Moving Solutions who contracted with Global Moving LLC. They picked up the household goods on July 14, 2022 with request to deliver at soonest possible date. They delivered on Sept. 8, 2022. They were paid in full, but told me to make a complaint to CSI Keep on Moving to claim 8 days late - $240 refund. CSI did not make a determination until Jan. 2023 and again Apr. 2023. Global has not responded in any way, has not sent a refund or explained why not. A lawyer letter was sent in April. No response. I sent a letter to ******** Moving Solutions LLC to see if they would refund the money or ask Global. No response. I have waited a year to get a refund from these companies. They held my friends personal items for almost 2 months with no explained reason. When they knew they were going to deliver it very late, I asked about how to get a refund. No one responded until the day of delivery when I wanted to deduct $240 but they said I had to pay it and then submit a claim to CSI. I did that in September and waited months for a resolution. They still have done nothing.

      I made a purchase on june 12th Was sent tracking information. Then was told because it was listed as a discreet package that I had to pay 100$ USD Which would be refundable upon delivery of package. I am dumb and paid that. Then think all is good. Get another email saying now I must pay for stamps another 100USD. Global movers service is the company.

      We filed a claim for damaged items which occurred during our relocation from ************* to Texas in July 2022. The claim was filed in December 2022. They advised a payment in February 2022 that we reluctantly accepted on March 4, 2023. We have not received that payment and calls and emails in attempt to reach the business do not go through.

      Initial Contract 7/24/22 for move from *********, ** to *************. Total amount paid 37,108.02.Original estimate 21,000.Letter was sent to 2 different addresses, the second one was held for ten days and then returned saying recipient not known, yet the post office stated it was left with a person.In addition to being overcharged at that last minute when items were on the truck, there were items noted to not be moved, they took them anyway. The contract says they will disassemble and reassemble items, yet the only item put together was the master bed frame. We were left with 2 pianos, a desk, 2 hutches and a dog treadmill not assembled at delivery. In addition to broken and missing items which was listed on the letter they would not accept. And the deliveries were split 3 weeks apart which no one advised us of, and would not return calls or e mails during the inquiry about the additional items. Also, almost every box was repacked and repacked in mis-marked boxes, (example: packed a master bedroom box, when opened it had kitchen items). Their repacking led to months of sorting through every box! Job number is C3511345. Examples below, all files would not upload.

      I had this moving company contracted to move my household from ************** **. to **********. and they third party contracted my move and the damage most of out valuable household. I am sick to my stomach that I have worked so hard and now have to start from scratch to restore all that I have lost and that cannot be replaced. I cannot believe that these people take advantage of the many people that entrusted them with their personal possessions. I have photos of the damages that I am not able to upload

      My items where packed so nothing would be damaged in shipped. All boxes were labeled, our name, room it should go into, and contents of items within the box. We are missing at least 8 boxes. Hard to tell since many of the carton numbers they put on the boxes are missing. Damaged furniture, destroyed boxes, missing boxes- and now they are not answering the phones or returning emails.My claim has been filed and they can approve the claim so I can get it back for approval but they don't answer.I am not counting on getting my missing boxes back since they have been gone since August 2022. They were going to keep me updated but I have not heard back from them in 6 months. So items cannot be replaced.

      My husband and I had to move from Cali to AZ I had hire them for the move. Gave them all the listed items and boxes for check off. They gave me a total cost and when got to our home put everything in truck and charged us **** dollars more. I was upset and called them no one answered I left messages. They packed our things and left waited until delivery day they showed up demanding more money. They told us they were going to lunch and never came back with our things. I ended up calling the cops and informed that in the message I left after their delivery guys never came back thats when they decided to write and email stating I was refusing to pay. The ** ended up emailing me apologizing and taking off a little bit of money we didnt want that we wanted the extra **** they threw on there off. So that being said they refused to deliver our things this was in April. I have called and email trying to get them to talk to me or redeliver no one called back no one responded. Here we are now in Jan 2023 they called me right before Christmas saying they wanted to work something out and deliver our things thats when we decided ok we will pay for half as long as they delivered it. Well its past Christmas and we are now in Jan the phone numbers have been disconnected and no one responding to emails. We just wanted our things we work so hard for and things we will never have again like pictures of our deceased ones my kids baby pictures our whole life we slept on air beds for months and no tv nothing. And now their lines are all disconnected and no one can tell me whats going on. We have rights to our things and these scammers took that away I wish I would have done more research on this before we went with them. Now its starting over for us and never seeing some of those special things ever again! They should be ashamed of themselves.

      I hired United ********* for my move from **********, ** to ******, ****.I paid $777 on the phone with the remaining balance of $1500 to be split upon pick up and delivery (Cash or check only). United claimed that my belongings would be picked up in **********, stored in **************, and dispatched within 3 days of my request to my address in ******. The price included 30 days free storage. They do pick up the items.2 weeks after pick up I went to call United and the phone number had been disconnected and e-mails were bouncing back. I called the number on the contract from pick up which was for Global Moving, LLC for answers. I left a voicemail and was called back that United had went out of business but they still had my belongings. I had been tracking a single airtag in my shipment and saw it leave from a warehouse in LA to a home in *********** and asked about why my belongings were in ***********. They assured my belongings were in LA except for one item (my toolbox with airtag) had accidently been shipped to the wrong address. They sent me the toolbox via ***** and I did receive it.I requested my items to be delivered to my home in **** on 11/28 delivery date. I requested this weeks in advance. I would call the single phone number, never have anyone answer and I would leave a voicemail. 3-4 times per day. Then every week I would typically receive one call or text saying my items were being dispatched and I would receive them within a few days. It has now been 5 weeks and 1 day and I have never recieved my items. Furthermore, Global Moving LLCs phone number has been disconnected and their ****** page shows permanently closed. All of my belongings have been stolen and I can not get in contact with anyone since their phone has been disconnected.

      August 13th 2021 till october 2021 These movers overcharged me, they lost items that were promised would be loaded on the truck that they forgot in my home. i need to be reimbursed of a truck i need to rent in ******** to take my items they forgot to *******. Very poor service. they were accomidating until they got my money and U I heard crickets. I filed a claim with CSI. Never had a resolution. They were approving a $350 settlement when my item were well worth **** **** *******.
