    I am concerned about the final decision to close my claim. First, there seems to be a conflict of interest between R&D Delivery company and its insurance agent Robin S***. Robin was both argumentative and accusatory- not to mention, also very condescending. It seems as though she had already made up her mind as to the validity of the claim before the investigation was complete. She said things like, "there was no way the delivery company could have damaged my valve because she has dealt with them before." I wonder how she was able to draw this conclusion before collecting all of the data. This meeting was recorded. Second, it is clear that my unit was indeed damaged. R&D cited corrosion as the reason for their inability to compete the installation of my washer. R&D also stated that they used several different tools to attempt to remove the hose. The plumber cited (in their written report) that the damage done was due to an attempt to remove the hose inappropriately, not corrosion.

    I purchased a GE Refrigerator from ****** on January 4th, 2022 (Yes January). The order gets routed from ****** to GE and then the delivery and installation of the appliance itself by ***** Delivery Co Inc.My installation was scheduled for June 20th (yes June) and I was supposed to receive a phone call the day before with a 4hr window heads up for the installation and another 30min before they show up at my front door. They never called me and they claim that I never answered their phone calls and I was not even at home when the technician was at my front door. I called ***** to find out that my appointment has been rescheduled to 22nd and after a little negotiation they scheduled it for the next day itself (21st June). The next day I was eagerly waiting for them to show up but then the story repeats, they claim I never answered their phone call and I was not home when the technician was at my front door. I called them once again and they agreed to reschedule once again to July 11th. Seriously another 20 days without a refrigerator?
