            11/23/21: Business Agrees to Clean Out my House Gutters 12/20/21 @ 1:20PM: Business texts "Got you all done" (I was not at the property)I sent Full Payment to Business assuming job was 100% complete. (Business has always completed the past lawn mowing jobs 100%)12/20/21 at 6:20 PM: I arrive at the property to discover the gutters on the left side of the house are not cleaned out.12/21/21: Business agrees to finish cleaning the gutters Business never showed up to finish the job. I sent multiple texts to ask when they would finish the job. (I have all the texts available)1/3/22: Business agrees to finish cleaning the gutters 1/24/22: Business agrees to finish cleaning the gutters 2/2/22: Business agrees to finish cleaning the gutters As of 2/8/22 @ 1AM: 67% of the gutters still need to be cleaned out. (Looking at the situation in 3rds)I have all text communications. I have photos from 12/20/21, 12/21/21 and 2/8/22 to prove the gutters still need to be cleaned out.
