      I ordered two keys for my Tuff Sheds. The keys arrived and they didnt work. I returned the keys but not only did I have to pay postage to return them - they did not fully refund my money. I attempted to contact them multiple times via email with no response. I paid $23.91 and only received $14.33 back. Easykeys owes me $9.58.

      We strive to provide a seamless experience for our customers, and it's disappointing to hear that you were not satisfied with your service. The keys did not work because ****** keys were purchased, not Tuff Shed keys. We do sell Tuff Shed keys for the code TS38 or TS39. Each manufactures keys are cut differently which is why the ****** keys did not work for their Tuff Shed locks. When searching a key code on our website, multiple results are populated since we carry a wide variety of manufacturers keys. That being said, the first thing on the search result page is a paragraph explaining the importance of the manufacturer name. During our checkout process, we also have a prompt which suggests uploading a photo of your original key or lock if you would like reassurance when it comes to receiving the correct keys. We offer that feature so that we can verify that the correct keys are being purchased since we do offer such a wide variety of key manufacturers that use the same key codes. 

      Additionally, we only received one email from ********************** which we responded to explaining that we did not have keys available for the Tuff Shed locks and provided a return authorization number. After that, we received no additional communication. In our return authorization email, we address that there is a 25% restocking fee for items purchased in error, which is why a full refund was not issued. In the event that the incorrect keys were purchased, we also do not provide return shipping since the error is not our fault. 

      At this time, we have issued a full refund for the order as a courtesy. In the future, please keep in mind the importance of the key manufacturer and know that we are happy to assist with identifying the correct keys needed prior to processing the order.

      7/11/2023 ordered a key online and payed a $16.00 fee. *** arrived and did not work.

      Hello,

      The keys did not work because the incorrect manufacturer was purchased. As shown in the clients photo, their tool box is manufactured by Better Built, however, Alera keys were purchased. Each manufacturers keys are cut differently which is why we advise customers to contact our support team with photos of their lock prior to ordering so we can assist in determining the correct option before the order is placed (******************************************************). ******* also filed a claim with PayPal and left a 1 star review on Trust Pilot in which we replied to in hopes to troubleshoot and provide a solution. We have received no direct correspondence from ******* and we're not give a chance to help resolve this issue. 

      At this time, we have issued a return authorization for the order so that the incorrect keys purchased may be returned for a refund.
