    On March 3rd 2025 waste connections only picked up the trash in one of the two trash bins I pay for. After multiple calls they leave a message saying they will not correct the issue and will not empty the other bin until next week when they do regular trash run.

    Good afternoon!  We truly apologize for your missed pickup and for you being told that it would not be able to be recovered until next week.  We currently have some new employees in training.  We have sent a driver out today to recover and have better informed our team on the importance of prompt service to recover misses. Thank you for allowing us to resolve this matter as we continue to strive to provide premier customer service to our community.

    Waste Connections was collecting trash in my neighborhood this morning at 3:45 AM. ****************** has an ordinance stating no commercial vehicles, such as commercial trash vehicles, may operate in a neighborhood until 7:00 AM or after.The loudness of the vehicles (decibels) was loud enough to wake a person from a sound sleep. Please remind Waste Connections to obey ordinances.

    Waste Connections is contracted by the ******************** to pick up trash and recycling for all ***************. This money for this services is part of the taxes paid by this resident.On April 14th, 2023, I notified Waste Connections that their collection truck damaged my trash bin and it needed to be fixed or replaced. At that time I was told it would take up to 14 days (two weeks) for the problem be resolved.For the 77 days since that time nothing at all has been done to fix the issue. Even after multiple phone calls, promises, excuses and on line service requests. During this time the collection crew had further damage the bin so it is unusable. I am being forced to keep bagged trash in my garage until collection days to keep it away from weather and animals resulting in stink due to the extreme heat.This has been reported to town officials with no resolution yet.It is totally unacceptable for Waste Collections to continue receiving payments from the town while reneging on their contracted service obligations.I just want a trash bin with lid to resolve this issue. The indifference of the company to promptly address this issue is outrageous and unacceptable.

    We sincerely apologize regarding the ongoing delay. There are a number of factors that have contributed to the extended delay in replacement, which has affected many of our customers alike. We continue to work towards fulfilling all requests as soon as we are able.

    We have ***************************** trash cart scheduled to be exchanged on Monday, 7/24/23. We attempted a call today to advise of such, but weren't able to reach the customer via phone. We left a voice message and email follow-up expressing the same.
