I was a tenant at the thrift motel off of **** north ***** I payed 380 for a weeks stay but was never informed of a no refund I moved my belongings into the unit without checking the unit because my mom was taking me out to celebrate my graduation so I was not able to check the room, but we I returned I noticed the frozen roaches in the refrigerator and smashed roaches on the walls, I also noticed that there was poo splatters on and around the toilet as well as on the floor. I also saw that there was multiple stains on the carpet, I wasn't able to check out that night. I never received a receipt or was told about anything as such as the wifi or internet access was not accessible so I was very unsatisfied and felt like I was used and was scammed because of the ratings on this business was rated as a 3.5 which doesn't deserve anything less than a 0.1 if lower so I wanted to reach out to someone in regards of this issue, because I just spent 380$ on a room in which I only stayed for one night and didn't get any of my money back I am outraged please help me with this issue
