I stayed at the Extended Stay ********** ******************* location. The worst stay ever. Not only was I harassed by other guests, I was racially profiled by the manager. She lied and said I smoked in the room when there was no evidence of it. Both my neighbors said they never smelled anything EVER, I see this is how this business treats a black disabled army veteran. I WILL NEVER STAY IN ANY LOCATIONS AND I WILL ADVISE MY FELLOW VETERANS AND ANY WHO SUPPORTS US TO NEVER DEAL WITH THIS BUSINESS AGAIN .Extended Stay America Response

I was kicked out of our room all because the employes didn't do their job and get a copy of my id also the manager there needs fired he is a piece of c*** who's disrespectful to everyone including the staff!Review from Cly Y

If I could give no stars I would! This is the worst place to stay. They hate black people. Specifically *** hates black people and has black kids( crazy right). I know that because she loves to fraternize with the guests. Shes just a RACIST POS ! ***** should not be a manager anywhere. He has not control. *******, *** , ***********************, *******, all of them needs to be fired immediately. They make the stay there horrible. Nobody feels safe there. And when you go to voice your concerns, youll be kicked out for it. The whole staff needs to be fired and replaced.Extended Stay America Response

Bedbug all over bed pillows room very nasty dirty front desk very disrespectful have video and pictures on bedbug crawl all around the hotel room and hotel was aware cause I heard the front desk lady say check on the roomReview from Michelle O

Dirty never as toilet paper and I have been harrest buy some front desk employees. One of employees spit in my face and has done horrible things to me and say bad things.the hotel is falling apart i really want to talk to someone.Extended Stay America Response

Extended stay america treats LGBTQ+ members horribly and stands behind employee discrimination against LGBTQ+ community an extended stay employee (the general manager) had my truck towed for absolutely no reason and caused damage to my wife car by removing the drain plug so it cost almost 1k to get my truck out of the impound and now i have to replace an engine as well I reached out to the district manager and they declined to even speak with me so please steer clear of ****************** they hate LGBTQ+ membersExtended Stay America Response

Most motels in **********, ********, are only for a gang so I phoned the Extended Stay America Motel ******************* at ***************************************************************************, to ask the front desk clerk if the motel was only for a gang because you will be robbed and thrown out of a motel that is only for a gang in the city. The front desk clerk was a lady who told me on the phone that the motel was only for a gang so I started looking elsewhere for a safe motel.Extended Stay America Response

Made my reservation online. Checked in on the 14th went to work that night and returned to my room. No hot water. Water wasnt even warm. I reported this to the manager of the motel. They stated itll be fixed in a couple days. Week went by still no hot water. Housekeeping has not cleaned my room yet.The elevator broke 2 days after I checked in. Im on the 4th floor.Week 2 still no hot/warm water to shower. Elevator is still broke and housekeeping still hasnt cleaned my room. Even after I requested *** been ignored. Room has bugs which *** managed to get rid of I hope. This place is a drug infested motel. People wondering around that dont stay here . Ive never seen such horrible conditions or staff.Extended Stay America Response

Horrible experience!!! The entire hotel is dirty, smells horrible, the carpets are filthy, the elevator was extremely dirty. When we entered the room, the sink had food and was dirty, the kitchen floor had food on it, the burners on the stove were rusted and there was mold and mildew on the shower head. The hotel has roaches and we were told there are mice!The staff told us that the hotel doesn't have daily cleaning, just once in a while, that is disgusting.There are children and families living in them, they should do a better job!We were not able to stay the night, afraid of the roaches, the smell made us naseaus, plus how dirty the room was, unable to stay there and they refused to reimburse us. Crazy!When we asked the front desk for a manager, we were told there was not one available, I tried reaching a manager for two weeks and never reached one nor received a call back.I called the headquarters twice and was promised a District Manager would contact ** and they never did.This is the Extended Stay America on ****************** in ***************, **Extended Stay America Response
