1 starThe company is aware of the assault and **** and they are also aware that sustained brain damage due to the injuries because there was an extra key card sleeve in my room after I woke up from the assault and **** and the extra key card sleeve was not there prior to all this because had the maintenance man checking my lights as I had to be the one to help and move the bedding so he could see so I know for a fact it was not there as well as my 200 dollar shoes being kicked under my bed and I was in hidingReview fromHeather B

1 star2/3 do not put someone through hard physical labor for $5 an hour, as was done day before yesterday. Furthermore, any pictures you have seen of me online, our pictures that are sold online. Any pictures you have seen offering a face-to-facedo not put someone through hard physical labor for $5 an hour, as was done day before yesterday. Furthermore, any pictures you have seen of me online, our pictures that are sold online. Any pictures you have seen offering a face-to-faceMeetup has nothing to do with me, they use my pictures. I am a tutor. I write English papers for engineering studentsand teach high school kids what grammar rules are. If I were a ****** you would know that because my appointments would last longer than 15 minutes. **** has worked his a** off trying to keep this hotel put together after you fired everyone who could do it themselves. We have never shorted you, we are always up on time and if we aren't we get it paid off within less than a week.Review fromAkisa A

1 starHorrible and traumatic experience. The first room the stove top eyes stopped working when only one had been operational to begin with. When moved to another room which was not checked before I was given the key as was the previous room. The windows was broken allowing access to anyone who raise it. I was awake I the missile of the night to viratijns and movement in the mattress. All the while a broadcast transmission is stating there's anacondas, pythons, cobra in my mattress un fed angry and wanting to get out. The situation with the mattress has clhappeend before in a previous stay. All the while in the rooms, hallways and all over the property there is a gaslight Zerstzung broadcast, I'm being neurotransmitted breaching my privacy out of the limits and confines of the disclaimer the company has . This was an attempt in my life it was carelessly, and apathetic handled . When advised of the situation the manager didn't seem too concerned I was lied to his story continuously Chagedl about payment methods and me being given a refund this was disrespectful on a whole new level I am trans this is discrimination and torture not to mention vulgar and disgusting things being said about me on the broadcast while I'm a guest of the hotel . I have worked at a ski resort and multiple hotels even on a supervisory level. The outrage of the conditions and lack of professionalism has me traumatized after I was just abused by the Roanoke City Sherriffs office I need to rest and almost lost my life .Review fromDustin C

1 star0 stars if it allows me to not give a 1 ??. After 30 dayis in a king suite I earned tenant rights. I have paid 30 days and in full on my check out date or day before checkout each time. I pay my 3rd time 30 days in full in time to not lose my tenant rights and it was about 2 - 4 days later not extact but a couple days after paying a house cleaner had entered my room using her employee card and went through my things and had burglarized my room while i was shopping really close near by at Lowes. I came back to my 8.5 yr old service animal scared coming out of the bathroom, head down and scared as obviously my dog had been either threatened at minimum so this person could go through my room and burglarize me. I contacted the **** here (********, ******) location and he is still to resolve the issue as i still have never given an opportunity to tell him my side of this and any details at all. All he did do was find out who used their catd in my door that day but then gave me his opinion that this is a very religious employee 15/16 years employed and he highly doubts she would have done this. Shortly after this disregard for a complaint against his staff and business i asked him and another employee if i could swith rooms cause i felt uncomfortable in that one and was denied. I called coorprrate and they made them give me a choice of 2 rooms which i chose and started to move into. While moving i was herassed and pretty much stalked while trying to move my thing over to new room. It was so bad i was using my cell phone as a camera in this new room as i left it in the window recording and caught these 2 employees and said to them "are you guys stalking me? Everytime I enter or leave these 2 room you guys are right outside my door." The following morning I had been notified by these 2 same employees at my door not asking but demanding and threatening over and over that i gave to have my old room cleaned out or they will throw everythung in the trash left in there.Extended Stay America

1 starIt doesn't get any stars, this was the worst time I ever had. From the time I got there it smelled like weed .In the kitchen the sink had tape around the faucet the hot water didn't work, the cabinet doors was hanging all most off, the couch had stains on it , the tub had paint in it peeling. The vent in the bathroom was noisy. I made reservations at another stay America that wasn't far from that one for a month, I told the assistant manager "Ro" that I made a reservation at that one cause it had the room I needed. When I went to the other hotel they said they had no openings for the room I reserved a week in advance, We changed my room my payment was supposed to be changed to that room but wasn't, I had to pay another 200 for the change. When I checked the room it wasn't cleaned there were men drawer and socks under the bathroom sink area, I asked them if they could change the sheets they didn't, the tub the water wasn't draining down, the kitchen faucet was coming off, asking them to fix these problems since I've been there they kept asking me for money every Friday I paid my bill but on Saturday the assistant manager contact me at 8:30 p.m. for another payment. they only got one maintenance man is nasty. There was a blackout on the 19th and the 20th of June and everything went out you couldn't charge your phones no TV no nothing 2 days you couldn't even leave the building if you left the building you was locked out because it was a blackout and everything in there is electric when that came back on the manager asked for payment he's not crediting anybody for the blackout the two day blackout the time that you couldn't clock in for work he just didn't care and instead of my bill being $500 that week and went up to $700 they didn't credit it ,that was the worst time I have ever had I was in there from May 22nd to the 4th of July when they told me I was leaving I had a reservation from June the 27th to July 11th but they kept harassing me .Extended Stay America

I wouldn't want to stay in another one of your hotels ,the workers are nice / nasty. But the managers are the ones to look out for. I needed a place to stay and feel safe and didn't get that from your business, instead me and my autistic son can't sleep and got PTSD from this. But yall enjoy your life / while destroying others for money. Go check your places out , pass the first floor they are nasty.Review fromJoseph S

1 starLet's start from the beginning checked in received a room full of mold as an extremely bad asthmatic it was unacceptable I pointed out the mold. The guest representative placed me in a temporary room until they cleaned another room (I should've checked back out after the mold) however I stayed as its closer to work and my appointments I had in the upcoming days. I was asleep when the alarm was going off the hotel employee let themselves into my room while I slept no notice was giving I didn't find this out until they informed me that they had been in my room while I was asleep (scary, creepy and weird right) they couldnt figure out why it was going off and it wasn't until after I fully woke up I noticed a substance on the alarm i called the front desk the representative came up and looked as well and then accused me of tampering with their alarm( the same alarm that had been going off for hours, that they themselves came into my room to check and didn't notice the substance until I pointed it out) iam a 40 year old woman what do i look like climbering on anything to cover the alarm? She then told me I needed to pay $500 for the alarm going off, I told her I didn't have the $500 she then stated 250 or get out. I left the premises and have been trying to get my refund for the nights I paid for but didn't occupy the room. And she the manager ****** has been giving me the run around first I had to wait until Monday to speak with her then I had to wait until Wednesday because she was out sick and now today shes telling me I don't get my refund due to tampering with their alarm system. I have emailed their ceo and im submitting a complaint here as well.Review fromPat J

1 starI wanted to share my absolutely horrible, disgusting experience at the **************************************** Extended Stay America location. First, you will notice the hallways are absolutely disgusting as they reek of animal c*** and pee. It is so bad I had to cover my nose so I could breathe when walking in the hallways. The rooms aren't much better as you see how horribly maintained they are. For example, there were huge wall dents, carpet burns, etc. The rooms stunk so bad also. in the wall that should have been fixed. I saw so many roaches there-so gross. You hear people fighting and arguing with each other all day and night and it spills to the hallway and wakes everyone up. Also, since people there have to put rocks in the exit doors since the card reader usually doesn't work-you will see homeless people sneak in and sleep in the hallways/stairwells ************ phone didn't work the entire time I was there. The ** sent the maintenance many times to try to "fix" it and he could not-he spent many hours on this. He had done the same thing the previous stay where he spent many hours trying to fix another room's phone issue, but could not. They sent a phone tech the first time, but not the last time ((even though the maintenance man said many times to me and to the ** (what he said to me)). I just needed a phone to work in my room because my cell phone did not get good coverage in my room there. I heard a lot of people fighting in the hallways and/or animals in the hallway and wanted to call the *** night attendant to either call the police or break it up themselves. It was especially disturbing when you would hear men going after women in the hallways. I never went to check on it as some of the people there are obviously really dangerous and easily could be carrying weapons. It's the night attendant's main job is to make sure there are no hotel issues at night. There are no hallway cameras for your protection.Review frommary h
