            We entered a $70,000 remolding contract with Mr. L***** on 01/10/2021 to demolish a chimney, a laundry room and a powder room. Additionally he was hired to create an office, a powder room, a pantry, a laundry room and a closet. He was paid $23, 334 on 01/10/2021. On 01/23/2021 he recieved another payment of $23, 2021. On that date we extended his scope of work and he presented us with a new contract covering the plumbing and venting. We paid an additional $5,500 for this new scope on 01/25/2021. On 02/04/2021 his presented us with another scope of work contract for the electrical wiring and installation as well as for the construction trash removal. We paid him $1,550 that day. On June 24, 2021 we paid him another $11,667. Our complaint is that he has demontrated objective incompetency from the start. None of the trades he brought into our home passed inspection. After failing 2-3 times we had to find competent plumbers, electrician, HVAC and mechanical to bring his work up to NC code

            ******* and team did a great job building a deck in our backyard. We are thrilled with how it turned out. The entire process was a great experience. ******* was very accommodating of ideas and feedback, and was an excellent communicator throughout the entire process. They were also very efficient and completed the project quicker than I would have expected. We would recommend Complete Building and Alterations to others.
