    I would give a zero-star rating if that were possible.Ive had persistent issues with my cooling system, which was installed by Airtron just 18 months ago. Since then, *** submitted 8 to 10 service requests for repairs. Despite this ongoing struggle, their warranty representative, ***********, has been completely unresponsiveeven to multiple follow-up emails.Most recently, I reported an HVAC issue on June 22, 2025. A technician identified that the **** part needed replacement. It took 10 days for Airtron to obtain and install the part, which was finally replaced on July 2. Shockingly, within 24 hoursby July 3the cooling system failed again.Even their so-called emergency line is unresponsive, which is unacceptable during the peak of summer.I would strongly advise others to think twice before going with Airtroneven if your builder includes them as part of your new home warranty. The quality of service and follow-through has been extremely disappointing.

    Our home is less than a year old. Our air conditioning went out right after 4th of July. I changed all the filters etc. and nothing changed so I called Airtron and spoke to *** and she said that the soonest they could come out was July 18th. Not great response time but its the hottest month of the year so I get that they are busy. I booked that date. *** called me back to confirm my email address and phone number. I missed the first call and she left a message so I called her back and confirmed. She said the tech would be out on the 18th between 12-5 so make sure someone is home. I took off work to be there4:45 rolls around and no one has shown up yet. I called AirTron to see if the tech was running late, etc. it happens. They told me I was not even on their schedule. I tried to be as calm and respectful as possible. The best answer they could give me was maybe it was a glitch in our system. So instead of taking any responsibility for it, they said we can reschedule you but the earliest we have is July 30th. That is absolutely not acceptable. Your company made a mistake and I just move back to the bottom of the list? After several minutes of trying to reason with this person, she put me on hold and said she could get me in on the 24th. It was a pathetic attempt but it was still better than the 30th. The tech actually showed up this time and problem solved the issue relatively quickly. He said he needed to order a part and when it came in they would call me and send someone out to install it. I called last Friday to see if there was anyway they could remedy the issue and try to put a rush order on the product, she said that there was no way to rush it. I asked her if someone could call me back on Monday. No call on Monday. My wife called back today and the customer service person did not care even in the slightest and just told her its very unlikely the pet will be in anytime this week.

    My technicians ****** and ***** showed up on time. They were very professional and friendly. They did a great job. They explained everything they did in a clear manner. I would recommend Airtron and will continue to use them. Good job guys!

    It has been 85 degree I called at 4:00am because air was out they gave me a week out appt. When I called back that Tuesday I wasnt on the list so then they rescheduled me for the following Tuesday. It has been two weeks with out air in sc ridiculous!!!! When I was talking to the customer service agent she showed no empathy at all. I will spread the word

    I have the service contract with Airtron and Yesterday Wednesday 4/17/24 Solo Bridges fixed my Air conditioner I was the last stop of the day for Solo. He did a thorough job. I'm on here because His customer service was above and beyond. The way **** carried himself one would think I was his first stop. We are quick to send in complaints, so I hope the right people in Airtron see this, Solo deserves recognition for his work and customer service. Solo will be one of the reasons I keep doing business with Airtron.

    My system is 2 years old and has malfunction and stop working at least 4 time when call for service never have appointments available and have to wait more than a week and it doesnt matter if you have a maintenance contract.When you call customer service its no help at all and dont even try to help.

    System they installed is less than 3 years old and has malfunctioned and stopped working 3-4 times in less than one year despite their included annual tune-*** and repairs when paying for a service/maintenance contract and 3+ days wait for an appt to respond to their unit producing no heat nor cooling despite paying for priority service.

    Technician came out to do annual maintenance for our heating system. The technician was very through and professional. Explained everything and answered all my question. Highly recommend!

    Company is a scam. Charges you $50/mo for 2 maintenance visits a year. After the first visit, they are constantly booked months out, do not respond to emails, nor do they answer the phone. Dont sign up for this, and if you have get a new debit/credit card number through your bank. They are stealing your money. SCAM.
