    Fantastic experience from start to finish. Designed my yard like it was for their personal home, and communicated everything with me in advance of every bit of work. I could not have asked for a better landscape design and installation service.

    I had water that would collect around my house everytime it would ran. They came out showed me the entire plan of how they could fix it and did it the exact way. I am very pleased because I no longer have standing water around my home!!

    We sought out this contractor to fix our drainage issue in the backyard of our home. He and his wife came out and during the walk- thru, they seemed very capable of doing the work, but didnt inform us of a dig requirement that needed to happen prior to the start date UNTIL 1 day prior. When we mentioned that we didnt know it was a requirement, they then stated that it was in the contract and that we had signed. Keep in mind, THERE was no contract that we signed and we only paid an invoice for down payment. I guess thats what he calls a contract. We were willing to get what was required, but its the simple fact that they never owned up to not communicating the requirements upfront and made it appear that we did something wrong. They never admitted to their mistake to inform us and is clearly an indication of poor business practices. After we stated that we were not sure of continuing to move forward due to their unprofessionalism, the owner ****** offered a refund and hung up the phone in my face without properly closing the call. I will not recommend business with this company as they are unprofessional and lack integrity.

    Arise and Shine Design maintains a consistent and documented policy requiring all homeowners to have utilities located prior to the start of any work involving excavation. This requirement is explicitly stated in every quote issued through our ********* this case, the homeowner was provided with the same documentation and customer service protocol extended to all clients. However, due to the clients combative and disrespectful conduct toward both myself and my wife, we made a professional decision to terminate the agreement and issue a full refund in accordance with our companys standards for conflict resolution and customer care.Our commitment to integrity, transparency, and professionalism remains unchanged, as reflected in our numerous verified 5-star customer reviews. ******************** and *********************************************

The continuation of lies and lack of integrity is the reason for this review. Should anyone choose to do business with this company, please ensure they give you EVERYTHING in writing before any monies are transferred.

    Arise and Shine just compled a small patio addition for me, They not only matched perfectly an older adjacent patio, but their workmanship was meticulous and precise. They took extra care to ensure everything was straight, level, square, and flat. Every cut and joint perfect. Cleanup also perfect. I couldn't be more pleased.

    We added an extension on our porch and a new sidewalk! They did an excellent job, within the timeframe we requested and a very fair price! Extreme nice owners and employees!! We are extremely pleased with Arise and Shine!

    ******! We had a very negative experience with this company. The owner initially seemed capable but provided terrible post-job follow-up and did not honor his commitments. We paid $7500 for backyard leveling and sodding for a wedding, with assurances the sod would root if we followed watering instructions. My 82-year-old mother-in-law and wife meticulously followed these instructions, as verified by our Ring camera. Unfortunately, the sod developed a fungus. When we informed the owner, his solution was for us to buy fungicide from ******, which we did, but the fungus spread. He then refused to honor the 30-day warranty, blaming us for 'overwatering' despite our adherence to his instructions. In a desperate attempt to resolve this before the wedding, I offered to pay for new sod if he covered the labor, but he declined. He never checked on the job after completion, never apologized, and offered no resolution. We are extremely disappointed with the owner's lack of professionalism and poor business etiquette. We strongly advise against using this company.

    What a wonderful job. I hired a ride and shine for a fence, patio and refresh of landscaping. ****** was an artist with patio installment. Very detailed and more beautiful than I expected. The fence is a fence but the team was pleasant, checked in to ensure I was happy with the gate placement and overall look. We had several trees and junipers replaced. It looks spectacular and ****** checking in throughout the process was helpful.
