      I BOUGHT A DINING ROOM SET FROM KIMBRELLS, THEY ADDED AN EXTENDED WARRANTY FROM ******* IN ************ *******, KIMBRELLS TOLD ME THAT IF ANYTHING SHOULD HAPPEN TO MY FURNITURE THEN IT CAN BE REPLACED. I CALLED THE WARRANTY GROUP ******* AND FILED A CLAIM, THEY TOLD ME THAT MY INSURANCE DID NOT COVER ACCIDENTS THAT *** HAPPEN. I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY KIMBRELLS WOULD SELL THAT INSURANCE IF IT'S NOT FOR THE CUSTOMERS PRROTECTION. I THINK THIS WHOLE WARRANTY COVERAGE FOR THEIR FURNITURE IS A RIP OFF AND I WOULD LIKE TTO HAVE MY MONEY BACK THAT I PAID FOR THE USELESS INSURANCE.

      Dear BBB,Thank you for giving us an opportunity to review and respond to the issue. Unfortunately, the management team knew nothing concerning the complaint or that the warranty company failed to satisfy an issue for the customer. Upon your email, the store personnel contacted the customer. The chair has been repaired and it appears the customer is satisfied with the repair.
