"We were referred to ERX back in August of 2024 and they came out in October and November 2024 to patch our roof with tarp. And knocked out our ceiling in the living room because we had a tree from the front yard fall onto the house from Hurricane REMOVED." ... Read full review

"We had water damage to our home in February of 2025, we didnt know who to call , so we reach out to Emergency Restoration Xperts (ERX), it has been a horrible experience, 1st REMOVEDcame by my home had me to sign over my checks for payment in advance, We didnt know we suppose to wait, we are senior citizens, which thinking may not be as REMOVED, They supposed to fixed our ceiling and have requested more money from our insur REMOVEDseveral times and has failed to fix it 5 times, they have been working on the ceiling over a month, they sent painters out that didnt do a professional job, we are still trying to clean up after them, we are limited to use our home , due to their errors in fixing the ceiling etc. , they are not as courteous as they were before REMOVEDreceived payment up front, now the company are telling us we have to wait until 5/12/25, before they can come back to complete the work, please be careful when you choose a restoration company, get legal advice for your contract , I havent went legal yet ." ... "Our water heater on the second floor had a leak and they sent an expert out ASAP. They were able to set up equipment so fast to stop the water from spreading and damaging more of the floor and the primary bedroom underneath."
