Should be an option for 0 stars but had to select 1. Bought a 2020 **** escape for my granddaughter and less than a year the transmission went out. We took the car to the dealership, and they went back and forth with CPS over putting in a used transmission vs a used transmission and the issues with doing so. After a few days of back and forth we gave in and they were supposed to order a used transmission and we waited for 4 weeks and every time we called them, or the dealership called them that said give them a few days while they tracked the item. After a week they finally admitted that transmission had been sold to someone else and was not available so now we went back into the que looking for another transmission. A couple weeks later and numerous return calls and we got an update that they couldn't find a used transmission and were still looking. I contacted a supervisor, and he was going to take one more look while I was on the phone and if he couldn't find a used one, he would authorize a new transmission, unluckily he found one with a warranty and purchased it. It was supposed to **** * days for delivery at that point the mechanic and I tried getting status of the transmission and after finally talking a supervisor and tracking the part it arrived 8 days later. The dealership put in the part to only find that the transmission was defective, so here we go again.

This company is a joke! We purchased a 2015 Jeep Wrangler in 2021 and was encouraged to purchase their "warranty". We recently took it in for repair, lifter ticking, and the requested maintenance receipts which we provided. Meanwhile we paid out of pocket because CPS was dragging their feet paying and we needed our vehicle back. As soon as they found out it was paid for, we were finally notified (after calling everyday after being told they would call us), they were denying the claim because they "could not verify our receipts". They asked for receipts and we provided them so they found other reasons to get out of paying. This repair is part of a class action suit against the manufacturer so we feel CPS found any excuse possible not to pay. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

We regret that the customer had an unfavorable experience, however, in this case, the contract required - and we immediately requested - proof of maintenance since the customer had driven almost ****** miles since the purchase of the vehicle and the failure was directly related to a possible lubrication problem. Therefore, after we learned that the customer authorized and paid for the repair three days after filing the initial claim, we again requested maintenance records. Once received, we determined they did not sufficiently satisfy the reimbursement requirements as per the Jeep owners manual Under no circumstances should oil change intervals exceed ****** miles. consequently, this customer would have been responsible for at least four oil changes in the meantime. As we were provided with one unverifiable, handwritten document that showed a 27,570-mile gap from the date of purchase to the date of the oil change, we unfortunately had to decline the payment as the contract requires the contract holder to follow the manufacturers recommended maintenance schedule and based on the customer's own presentation of facts, this schedule has not been followed.

Capital Processing Systems, *** works with ******************** in ********** to deliver defective parts/engines. We were pushed by the ** Capital Processing to sign a new agreement for a Range Rover engine. The used engine was delivered after 5 months, and it was a defective engine it had no compression. Their exact words are " we delivered to our terms" which was a defective engine. They work with ******************** in **********, **, you can do a search and see the same customers complaints - extended warranty company worked together with ******************** to scam consumers. No repairs after months of waiting. Please do not sign any agreement with them. Make sure they don't buy from ******************** vendor. Very unethical business practices. The claim was open in April 2022, this week we found out they will not pay for the repair, and we are stuck with no car and out 5k for the install of the defective engine.

Though the vehicle owner is in an unfortunate situation, the product purchased from Capital Processing Systems, Inc. (CPS) did not provide coverage for the failure that the vehicle experienced. Though CPS had no obligation for the repair, in an effort to assist, CPS provided an agreement to have a used engine shipped to the vehicle owners chosen repair facility. As is the case with certain used or rebuilt engines the replacement engine did not function properly. The parts supplier has delivered a second rebuilt engine to the vehicle owners repair facility (at no cost to the vehicle owner) and authorized parts and labor for the installation.
