The accounting practices here are very poor. We have worked with them since 2013. They do not record customer payments correctly. Then tell us we have a large reserve balance but yet don't take into account the payments they received (sent emails with checks, dates, cleared bank dates) but still insist we owe them back money. They deduct payments, from us, but send me a report with outstanding invoices, but no payments against them??? What do they do with the money. I feel someone there (or a couple) are embezzeling money. They get very nervous when I bring that up. Get the run around about the report and how it includes everything, but yet it doesn't show everything. Extremely hard to get through to anyone there. Need to speak to an owner or investor so that they are aware.

The communication is VERY limited - it is ONLY when they want to call you. they don't answer calls. I have had many brokers even complain that they can not reach anyone there, as well as myself whenever i call. They have me stuck that if I want to change companies, they have my account so messed up and so many payments not recorded correctly - it would be another nightmare to deal with. Will have an attorney looking into this with me. Even in our current aging report - there are so many payments that they have received weeks ago that are not current. Makes running a business very difficult.

This company is ok, if you NEVER need assistance or speak to a representative. I ran a load that was denied by the factoring company. The company requires a letter of release. Ive reached out several times to my TBS Charlotte **** she stated that she would have to go through management because they no longer provide this to their clients. When I follow up on this issue, there is either no update from management or no response. The broker from the company I carried the load for has even called this company several times to get this resolved and theres no answer. This has now been going on over 3 weeks. I reached back out to the broker to let them know that the letter cannot be provided by this company but they stated that there would have to be some form of communication from my factoring company. They are willing to accept an email directly from TBS stating that I could be paid directly. I reached out to my TBS rep again and she stated this would need to come from management. I requested contact information for management and of course she stops responding as usual. This is really a simple issue that could be resolved with a simple email or some sort of response of communication but TBS ********* has made this so difficult because they dont think this is their issue. I will also add that my rep ******* definitely needs customer service/communications training. I had to text the sales rep that signed me up because it had been 2 days and I hadnt received a welcome email. I then received a welcome email that talked about attachments that were never there. I would love a new rep but with this company you cant get anyone on the phone to see if that is even possible. Im trying hard to stay with this company but its getting really tough. Hopefully this could help me get in contact with someone.
