I began using other software for some of my business needs and downgraded my subscription with Ecomdash because 1) prices for Ecomdash's services were getting too high, 2) I didn't use all the features, and 3) their service was horrible. (I waited over 9 months for a shipping issue to get resolved and it never did, so I sought a different service for my orders and shipment processing.) After the horrible service issue, I made the decision to only continue using Ecomdash for tracking inventory components, which I only used maybe once per month, based on the fact that they advertised a Freemium plan (zero order processing). I was unable to downgrade my own account and when I contacted the company they said there was no longer a Freemium plan available (even though it's still being advertised). Instead they offered to downgrade me to their lowest plan. Even though I was supposed to be on the lowest plan (which I thought was $20-$25) they continued billing me at the higher rate I had been paying for the full service. I contacted them again, expecting to see an adjusted bill rate for $20-$25, their lowest advertised rate aside from the Freemium plan. They told me the $25 plan was no longer available and I would be charged $60/month. No where in their advertising does it say this. I provided 5 different screen shots showing their advertised Freemium and the $20-$25 plan and requested a refund. They told me these were 3rd party sites and they weren't responsible for them. Regardless of their advertising arrangement, I've still been charged the higher rate for the past two months despite requesting the lowest service plan and an adjustment to my bill. All things considered, I intend to find another solution for basic component tracking and cancel all service with Ecomdash today.
