    Nightmare experience dealing with this company. Currently engaged in a dispute with an owner who refused to refund my money with no reason, no contract, no justification. Owner refused to deal with this situation professionally and maturely and resorted to name-calling, insults, and condescension.

    As one of our valued repeat customers, we are sorry that you were disappointed in your experience with our company. It is always our goal to provide quality customer service to each of our customers. In order to do this, we provide clear communication regarding our company's policies and procedures. These guidelines are designed to inform and protect both parties. While your initial payment was received to schedule work and order your custom ordered items, we were unable to collect the additional required payment to begin the installation process. After multiple attempts, you were not able to comply and asked for an extension on your payment while keeping the installation date in place. You clearly communicated with several of our employees that you needed time to make financial arrangements in ordered to meet the required payment. In an attempt to accommodate you, we offered to move your installation date out to allow you additional time, again explaining we could not begin work without payment per our policy. The level of displeasure and anger that ensued at this suggestion left us with only one option; to refund all monies collected (via registered mail), with the exception of your custom ordered items, now offered to you at our wholesale pricing. These items were ordered with your documented agreement when you provided your initial deposit. Additionally, we have offered to waive our copyright fees allowing another company to use our designs. As previously communicated, it is our hope that you will find another installation team to install your closets to your satisfaction.
