      Definitely about to close my account after overdraft experience today, which is 4/30/2025. Overdraft my account twice because of $3 payment that shouldnt have gone through. So now I owe $60 because of $3 and they cant wave the fees all of a sudden?!?!?

      This business does not in good faith have an ounce of compassion when dealing with the public. We are in desperate times where the job market is depleted, housing prices are high and waiting list stagnant. Inflation has caused the country to suffer and it may collapse. Does this mean we are criminal or should be treated as such if we fall behind on any of our financial obligations. Should there not be grace and in good faith a reasonable solution or one offered. This bank failed to contact me to offer one. They have my email address. They impounded my vehicle in the most callous way leaving me stranded, in haste unable to empty the vehicle for my property then as a result of the tow company broken missing and damaged items. Is this how you handle your clients?
      I want and have been willing to work with the bank to avoid a repo, and auction that will ultimately debilitate my credit. I was humiliated in front of the public company when they took my car in addition to shamed from the bank when they took it. They would not return my calls when I stated my damages. They avoid even now handling my matter to obtain my car back. There are so many errors in how they handle matters that I would not recommend them to anyone including there credit department managers. I could give names.

      **Refinance my vehicle**I applied with Skyla to refinance my car and was approved! Upon getting everything together, the lender reach out and asked would I like to keep my mother on the title. At FIRST I was like sure, then he stated they would need to run her credit as well. So I let him KNOW through the same thread we've been using, NOT TO BECAUSE SHE JUST GOT A CAR, so pulling her credit would hurt, plus I'VE BOOSTED MY CREDIT ENOUGH, I DIDN'T NEED COSIGNER'S. So fast forward to paying my taxes and registration a year later, My Mom is still on and she HAD AN issue with OTHER VEHICLE so I couldn't renew MY REGISTRATION which SHOULD'VE been easy with me and my lender both seeing this email STATING TAKE MY MOM OFF!! Again when I went to REFINANCE my vehicle, MY MOM AND I needed both to be present to SIGN PAPERWORK TALKING HER OFF, YET THEY DIDN'T AND WE SIGNED THE WRONG PAPERWORK. Now here we are almost 2 months in and SKYLA HASN'T FIXED ANYTHING. I've talked to the *** as well and they clarified that this isn't their issue or me, IT'S THE **** FROM THE START AND NOT GETTING THE RIGHT PAPERWORK TO TAKE MY MOM OFF THE ******* I had my inspection on time and was ready yet being penalized for MY ****S MISTAKE!! TRAGIC AAAANNNDDD POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THEIR BEHALF!!

      DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE (Asheville Branch)!!! I have never in my life received such horrible customer service by ************************* (member rep) and *** **** (branch manager) in my life. I have been a member of this credit union for 14 years now and usually deal with branches closer to Charlotte. ******** says he is a loan officer but he has no clue what he is doing, how to speak to clients, how to explain anything in the correct manner or return calls/emails. I sent him several emails and left him several messages that he ignored. *** **** need to go back to **************** skills as I left her several messages and she never called me back. I was having issues with ******** and his lack of knowledge/experience and asked her for help, she refused to provide any. In fact, she finally spoke to my husband and was incredibly rude to him. This Credit Union branch does NOT care about their long term customers and how they treat them.

      I have a CD that matured 18 days ago and I still have not received my check. The CD as opened with ******* and then Skyla took it over. I have been told to wait and that it is being "investigated". The solution should be to cancel the check and overnight a check to me plus interest. I can't seem to get by the first line of operators at the call center and I'm worried I'll never see any of the money. I have called half a dozen times or more and they just keep telling me the same thing. I simply want my money and need it to pay college tuition, etc. I would highly recommend not joining or using this credit union. So far, a very bad (and scary) experience. Starting to wonder if its even legit and I have every right to think that until this is resolved. Receiving your own money should not be something you need to have investigated or resolved. It should just happen. Wow.

      I was charged an insufficient funds fee of 29 dollars a total of 6 times in 2 days. So my thing is if the bank sees my account is already insufficient why would you continue to take money from my account, is there no limit to how much of my money the bank can steal, and I want to warn everyone about the ******** skyla is about.
