****** at Mr. ****************************************** is quick to arrive, understanding, and does great work. He worked with us when we had an urgent need to get our crawlspace encapsulated after major water damage. He worked with us on pricing since it was very unexpected, and honestly Id recommend him to any and everyone.

Great service and work by Mr. Crawl Space. A detailed estimate and recommendation was made by the owner. Price quoted was much better than other similar companies I contacted for a quote. Communication before, during and post completion has been excellent. Work was completed in a timely manner. All commitments for work were met.

After getting 4 quotes and after several conversations with different contractors including ****** we decided to go with Mr.Crawlspace for our complete encapsulation project which included a sump pump and dehumidifier. Right out of the gate based on previous conversations and text messages i knew something was off, the way the process was explained to me by ****** it was not being done the way it was explained. My understanding was the existing insulation would be the first thing to come out of the crawlspace and it was actually one of the last things that happened, secondly as a precaution we asked for the name of the electrician that he was using to run the electrical only to find out through the State Board of electrical examiners in Nc that the electrical contractor doesn't have a license, we also found out at that point that ****** needed an electrical permit in order to do this work which is another step that was skipped. From this point things really started going downhill, the new electrical contractor he used although licensed didn't do a very though job because it took 4 inspections to get it passed. At this point there were several other steps that were skipped by ****** and there seemed to be a sense of urgency from him to get finished and get paid, so i myself at this point had crawled under the house with a friend of mine who is an inspector and although I don't know about encapsulations he pointed out some very obvious areas that were a problem and things that were being overlooked. So that's when I made the decision to hire a mold and encapsulation expert that critiques and examines this type work and had them examine Grahams work and the problems only escalated from there. In the end the job got done but not without a lot of headache and heartache, I can't recommend this company and its service although i do recommend that any company that you hire to this type work under your house you also hire someone to check behind them

Hi ******,Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're genuinely sorry to hear that your experience didn't align with the positive outcomes many of our clients have had. We take all feedback seriously, as it helps us improve and ******** like to clarify a few points. At the start of the project, we discussed the option of obtaining permits, but they were declined by you at that time. When you later decided permits were necessary, we adjusted accordingly free of charge. While its true the inspections took longer than expected, our team remained committed to resolving the issues and ensuring everything was up to code. Our crew returned multiple times to address your concerns, but we encountered some challenges working through the process together. Despite this, we remained dedicated to completing the job with top workmanship and professionalism. As you can see in our most recent photos. We're truly sorry for the stress this caused and appreciate the opportunity to have worked on your home.Your feedback is invaluable, and well continue to learn from this experience to better serve future clients. If there's anything further we can do to make this right, please dont hesitate to reach ******** regards,****** ***** Mr. Crawl Space

We never discussed any option for obtaining permits for this job that was declined by me, furthermore when i realized that we needed permits I myself attempted to obtain them and wasn't able to. And yes I would agree that 4 electrical inspections is a lot for 2 outlets, and let's also get straight on why your crew and yourself had to return multiple times to address concerns. That's because we hired an encapsulation & mold expert to critique your work to assure that it was done correctly and it wasn't done correctly so you had to make multiple trips back to my house. Im not denying that this job got completed in the end, but not without a tremendous amount of stress and headache and additional work on my end. Had i not been under my own house on multiple occasions to inspect the work you were doing multiple steps and excessive mold would have been left under my house, and that's the honest truth of the matter. And i for one hope you do serve your future clients better in the future so that people don't have to hire mold experts to go behind you and check your work. Because its my guess that there are many people that you do this type work for who never bother to check behind you while your working in their crawlspace and most likely never have the forethought to hire a mold expert to check behind you as assure that your work has been done correctly.Regards: ****** ****** concerned homeowner

We hired Mr. ****************************************** to do a total encapsulation along with a French drain, de-humidifier and sump pump. Every interaction with this company was positive. They were always on time, they did what they said, and everyone involved was courteous and professional. I can't comment on the price because we didn't get multiple quotes but I believe their rates are pretty standard for the industry. *********************** was great to work with, answered all of our questions along the way, and was really good about communicating throughout the different phases of the install. We feel much better with the crawlspace sealed off and clean. It will be much easier to work in the crawlspace now and it will prevent the joists from getting mold which had already started. We recommend Mr. ****************************************** to anyone who is considering having their crawlspace worked on.

**** and his team were polite, professional, and from what I could see did a nice job with installing the vapor barrier in my crawlspace. Unfortunately, my dissatisfaction comes from how things were handled by ******. I was assured that pictures would be taken of the project (which included a french drain, sump pump, dedicated ***************** and single drop girder) so I could see the work that had been done under the vapor barrier, and that detailed warranty information for the sump pump would be sent at the end. The only time I saw him though was when he came to pick up the check. Its been over two weeks since the project was completed and ****** cashed the check, but still no pictures or warranty information. I didnt receive any of the papers, make/model, or serial number for the sump pump that they put in either. My estimate also included adding a dedicated breaker and outlet but it was not done. ****** was willing to reduce the price for that, but if I hadnt said anything then I probably would have been paying full price for something I never got. If you decide to hire Mr. Crawl Space, please be sure to double and triple check what they are charging you vs what you are actually getting.

I'm assuming the real estate broker in your transaction didn't convey how long we worked on, how heavily discounted and how we moved thing around in our schedule to accommodate your moving in and work being completed all in a very timely fashion. Please be well

We had an inspection on our crawl space which led to a number of structural and foundation problems we needed to fix. The whole team was unbelievably nice and friendly to work with. They would explain reasons for why they were doing the things that were needed as many times as I needed and always with a smile on their face. Absolute pleasure to work with and I would (and plan) to work with again in the future. Very happy with the outcome. They even showed pictures along the way which I appreciated.

****** and his team at Mr ****************************************** delivered on their promise to address and alleviate the unwanted water each rain storm. A pretty new home is now secured from hydrostatic pressure seeping in constantly. So far so good. He is professional and very reasonable.

I was really happy with quality of the work as well as the estimate for the job. They also turned the job around quickly so that I can rest easily in my newly purchased home. I would definitely recommend.
