    I have submitted the help needed request form and have never been contacted. I've tried contacting them by telephone and the call keeps hanging up. I have had an unauthorized credit card charge from this company on my account that I can't get reversed. Does anyone know of a way to contact this company?

    Essex Software is my go-to for converting PDFs to JPGs. The software is awesome, and so is the friendly and skillful customer service! And when I recently had a problem with a defective PDF, Essex responded quickly and kept in touch to create a workaround that I can use in the future with similar problematic files. I'm not just a customer, I'm a fan!

    While I rarely have an issue with Batch PDF Merger software, when I do I get very fast and responsive customer support. Great product and company to do business with.

    The customer service was great and helped me sort out my issue of our license key not working. They were responsive and detailed. The program is very useful in our office so it's great that we got it up and running again quickly after a system upgrade.

    I have several family trees on Ancestry involving over a thousand documents and photos. This requires being able to convert JPG, PDF, and PNG files. It is amazing that this can be done within a few seconds with the Multi PDF Converter. After purchasing two new computers, I had difficulty reinstalling the program . The technicians at Essex were quick to resolve the issues. It was nice contacting an actual human being and being treated as as one. Great customer service goes a very long way in keeping customers and by word of mouth getting new ones.
