    Dear Ms. ********************** you for your patience as I researched Ms. Hansleys complaint and gathered information to validate and confirm her university account balance. Please be advised that under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), the university is prohibited from disclosing a student's education record, including their financial records, without their consent.  In order to accommodate our response to the Better Business Bureau (BBB), please have Ms. ******* complete and sign a FERPA release form, or provide other written authorization, that will permit us to share her financial records with the BBB.  Once we receive the appropriate authorization, I will proceed with providing the information that validates and confirms her university account balance.  

    If the authorization is not received by August 21, 2025, I would like to request an extension of time to respond until after we have received the authorization. I will also submit this response via the BBB portal.
