      My Experience. My 3rd visit .I thought I could give this company 5 stars because what appeared to me to be clean, sanitary, and how beautiful the atmosphere its has and I absolutely loved the diversity it has amongst the employees that works there, even getting sit back in the room with your kid to watch how brave our kids are. Also Great customer service. That was a plus for me. Until I saw this dentist practitioner does the unthinkable. On 11/7/2024 I brought my *************************************************************************************************** We were brought back to the room by an assistant to prepare for this procedure. My son wasnt seen by his regular which is Dr. ****** which was usual, however he was seen by a different doctor which was a woman. During the procedure it was time to put in the stainless still crown which she held in her hand, drilling it, making sure it was a perfect fit for my sons mouth. The crown fell out of hand and hit the floor. Not once but TWICE! Both times she retrieve the crown from the floor and wipes it off with some kind of wipe, changed her gloves, while the assistant helped her wiped it off and then sticks it right in my sons mouth! UNBELIEVABLE!!! Im IN SHOCK!! I couldnt believe what I saw!! HOW DISGUSTING!! Do you know how DIRTY THIS FLOOR IS!!! SHE NEVER REPLACED THE ******* I was SPEECHLESS!!! After that doctor left out the room, I asked the assistant Was she suppose to do that when it falls on the floor, picks it up and wipes it off and re-use it? Shes goes welllll Yes And I said Oh ok Once we got to the car I cried in the car because I couldnt believe what just happened! This dentist practitioner did not care about my sons health at all. My son walking around with a stainless crown in is mouth that fell on a dirty floor. Now hes not feeling well. This is negligence. This should NEVER HAPPEN!!
