Poor business has occurred today. This occurred on November 21, 2023. **************** was fully aware of the age of the carpet. **************** walked the house beforehand. I am getting excuses and explanations "after the fact". We trusted them. "All the stains came back." The information they shared today should have come beforehand. They stole my hard earned money. I called immediately when I saw the initial stains come back. They did not offer to come right away... only offered a week later and by then more stains came back. They had to know this would happen having been in business this long. They knew. They say I only mentioned the two rooms.....because that was all at the time. They did me and my kids wrong. They are not being honest or fair. At the end of the day...the carpets are still dirty. I paid you to clean carpets. I do not have them. You explained nothing until after the fact. After. After. That is not fair. I am requesting that they come and get the major areas that **************** saw with his own eyes that are dirty after their service. And we most definitely did not walk on the carpet. I forbid my kids to do so. Those are stains that did not occur in a week. They are spills from over time. Again, they saw them before they cleaned and did not say a thing. I sent a text I sent early this morning to the number they call me from. I made their office fully aware of what transpired since they left our home so that they would be prepared. They were supposed to redo the bad areas...but all were bad. They came then left, refusing to clean the carpet they could see was still dirty...keeping my money.I hope in God's name that they will do the right thing by our family.
