Actually, 0 stars. The owner of this franchise showed up in response to an online request for a quote for services. The owner showed up with an attendant and wanted to do the job without extending a quote. When I explained there must be a miscommunication, he proceeded to quite contentiously argue that, 1. The online platform did not provide for quotes, which the word quote is mentioned many times on the site, 2. That he had spoken to me, and confirmed an appointment to have services done, which he had not, and 3. That he had left a message with a date and time to do the job, which again he had not. The owner proceeded to argue out aloud and loudly extremely ridiculously contrary accusations that I would for whatever reason deny that he had spoken to me and confirmed a service appointment. Again, that had not happened. Most egregiously the owner threw my couch pillows around like a raging lunatic and for the life of me, I cannot understand why he would not and did not professionally excuse himself from my space, since it obvious neither of us would find any satisfaction from the exchange.He had to be asked to leave, at which time he rudely screamed that he was, Out of here and I dont have time for this, as if I implored him to hang around and continue to pitch what seemed to me to be an almost staged hissy fit about a service we obviously had not agreed he would provide. My advice would be to steer clear of this owner. As he is a Chem-Dry franchise owner, you may find that he shows up for any appointment booked online without confirmation. You will know exactly who he is, please keep your phone and any security means you may have available close by.Extremely threatening with no semblance to professionalism.
