    I was working with a breeder, ******************************** to purchase a new dog..I was supposed to pick the dog up, but then they said they had a family emergency and would ship the dog at no cost to me. Ill be filing a complaint against them next. On Monday, June 9th, 2025 i got a text message with a dispatch service company and a tracking number for the dog that was to be sent. Middle of the am, a man called me from this number, ************ and said he was from the company and that I needed to purchase a crate for the dog to fly in which would be reimbursed after she got here if I didn't want to keep the crate. I attempted to put it on my charge card but it wouldn't go through so he told me to try different money apps, venmo, seller, ******. I tried venmo but it wouldn't go through, so he said try ****** and sent me the following info to pay through ****************************** It went through and then he called me and said I needed insurance for the dog to travel. I said I had never had insurance on a pet and he kept pressing me that I needed insurance and said he would call and get me a quote for pet insurance. Sent me emails from ************************************************************* He sent a new insurance quote with no company name and said it would be $2500 that I would need to pay and then be reimbursed to get the dog back in transit. Told me to pay through ****** and it wouldn't go, then said to try venmo and sent me this address for venmo to send the 2500..mvog03...wouldbt go through as 2500 so sent 1500 and then 500 and it would not let me send last 500. Tried the next morning and it still wouldn't go vut looked at my bank account and there were 4 charges I had not authorized. Two days later the company sent me an email stating I was charged with pet abandonment and would need to pay $4500 for the dog. Told me I could pay in installments...looked up the address given and there is no such address and called the phone # and ***** answered.
