    I am disappointed with the customer service received from **********************. I had purchased a 2018 ************* 20d from this dealership and was encouraged by the finance manager to purchase an extended warranty through Continental Warranty to protect my vehicle. The vehicle recently broke down and the repair shop said it would need a new engine. The engine is something that is supposed be covered by the warranty. The warranty did not cover the new engine replacement. I reached out to Godspeed motors to see if it was anything they could do to assist me with this dispute and I had not received any calls back from them regarding my issue. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone in regards to customer satisfaction because I felt as if I was being avoided on purpose considering I did not even receive a call back regarding my issue.

    I have an active lawsuit against Godspeed Motors for Misrepresentation. Sales Rep/Point of Contact: ***********************.

    ***************************** called Godspeed Motors in mid May 2024 and stated he was calling from ********** to inquire about one of our vehicles. ************* stated that he was planning to pay for the vehicle with over $30000 in cash. Godspeed Motors informed ************** that his payment would need to be in the form of a cashiers check or wire transfer. ************* told the salesperson that he owned a cannabis business in ** and he did not want to go through a bank because he did not want to provide a social security number. Also, ************* asked the salesperson to create a fraudulent bill of sale showing the sale price to be substantially lower than the selling price, in order to cheat the state of California out of the legal sales tax due. ************* called the same salesperson multiple times harassing him with the same request to create a fraudulent bill of sale. We have a voicemail from ************** stating this. Godspeed Motors refused to participate in ****************** fraud. ************** threatened the salesperson with a lawsuit for wasting his time. The salesperson was instructed by management to cease contact with **************. Godspeed Motors has not done any transaction with ************** and he is harassing us by posting negative reviews.

    My husband and I purchased a vehicle on 12/22/23 paid ******** cash was told by the manager how they go through the cars to make sure they in emaculate shape before they sale them, not true. Drove the car home and my husband pops the hood, air in take hose dry rotted and the car making a weird noise. We texted the salesman with the issues was told to bring the car back for them to look it. We live a hour and a half away and told him we didn't feel safe driving that distance with the car having issues but was given no other options. We paid for the repairs which was the air intake hose and a drive belt that was the weird noise the drive belt was going bad. Repairs done on 12/28/23. Today 1/1/24 the check engine popped on and the vehicle is over heating so it will go back to the shop tomorrow. 2nd repair 10 days of ownership was also told the vehicle was serviced on 12/5/2023 but didn't have any coolant it when we took it for the first repair. This dealership has high end beautiful cars but its not what it seems. These vehicles are junk and we paid cash for one of them. Something needs to be done about this dealership people are being ripped off purchasing these vehicles. Buyer Beware!

    Godspeed Motors resolved this issue on 1/9/24. Customer was in agreement with the resolution and promised to remove any reviews. Customer signed a release of responsibility / NDA acknowledging their satisfaction with this matter. It states they were satisfied with the resolution. Signed copy of the release of responsibility has been emailed to the ********* BBB.

    I was in the market for another car and found one @ Godspeed. Tried the website contact info and also via AutoTrader. No response for 3 business days. Created a negative ****** review and got a call in 15 minutes. I deleted my review.Drove in to test drive the car. No issues....I was also getting ready to travel out of the country for 2 week and had to work on the details via emails and text. I let them know how I planned on moving forward and all I asked for was an OTD (out the door) price. 3 days later, I asked for an update. No response. Finally got a response to my emails. Sales person told me he was busy and would get with me Monday (that was Saturday.) On Monday he sent me a text and told me the car was sold.If you do business with these folks, don't take their word on what they will do. Get it in writing...That was my fault. Created a new ****** review based on my issue... and again.. They want to talk. Going to pass on talking to them again. Car is gone, what's to talk about????

    ***************** set up an appointment and visited Godspeed Motors in the middle of November 2023. ************** test drove the vehicle he was interested in and told the salesperson he wasnt ready to purchase because he wanted to consider other options. The salesperson informed ************* that Godspeed Motors does not hold vehicles unless a partial payment has been received.After Mr. ****** visit, he and the salesperson communicated numerous times. ************** informed the salesperson that he was travelling outside of the country for two weeks, but he was still considering the car at Godspeed Motors. The salesperson informed ************** that he would keep him updated on the availability of the car. Four days later, another customer purchased the vehicle from a different sales associate. Mr. ****** salesperson promptly informed him that the vehicle had sold. ************** texted the salesperson, no problem, thanks for letting me know.There are always going to be multiple individuals considering the purchase of a vehicle. ************** had the opportunity to purchase the vehicle during his visit, but he declined. Again, ************** also declined to make a deposit or partial payment to secure the car before leaving the country for two weeks. Its unfortunate if any of our customers feel frustration over missing out on a purchase, but we are always willing to help them find a comparable vehicle.Godspeed Motors management has made attempts to contact **************, but he has been unresponsive.

    More than upset that I have to leave this review as the goals of this company listed on their website states "Our goal is to provide you with a vehicle of extremely high quality at a great price...", "We also have Extended warranty available to give you piece of mind for years to come."..."We have high expectations for every car we buy and sell. Our passion for quality is what ensures every buyer that he is getting what he pays for. We operate on the principles of honesty and integrity and in all we do." I read the online reviews and the information povided on their website and though this would be a good experience for my son to purchase his first vehicle. Well, needless to say experience has been a complete nightmare, since my son and I drove off the lot in a 2015 Jaguar and the check engine light was on by the time we made it home. Fast forward to multiple attempts of trying to get the car repaired, trying to find to a auto repair facility to accept the warranty that they sell (which is an additional 200 per month in payments) because they told us they don't have a repair shop. They sold us a lemon. There is no honor or integrity in the way that this situation was handled. I should have followed my gut instinct and ran from this place when the first car, that we were prepared to purchase, was sold by another salesman, while we were on our way to the dealership to purchase the vehicle. Te goals are a joke, there is no honor or integrity here.
