    Absolutely the WORST Security company ever. The company does not provide immediate support with their equipment, but has NO problem with drafting payments on time monthly. ******** has been down for 3 weeks. The service tech scheduled an appointment then no showed. I requested a call back from a manager, going on 4weeks, no return call. If I would have known dealing with Vector Security was going to be this hard. I would have paid twice the amount and used ADT. They will not let me out of my contract early but they refuse to provide adequate coverage. Do not use Vector Security
