            After nearly a year and a half, I decided to cancel my membership after my trainer departed. On or around Monday May 8th, I attempted to cancel my membership in person however, class was canceled that day. I only found out after I arrived. I called the gym on or around Tuesday May 9th to cancel but no one answered. I came in person on or around Wednesday May 10th and was told by ***** that ******, the manager was not available to cancel so to try to call back later in the day. I came in person on May 14th and finally got ******. I asked her to cancel and refund my payment which drafted the day before my cancellation. ****** declined to refund. So I disputed the draft with my bank now I am being told that I owe $10 for a return draft fee which isn't correct. The payment was disputed. My balance with the gym should be zero as the membership was canceled once staff was available to do so.

            Very unprofessional. They will con you into a contract and will not let you cancel. They will take money from your account after you tell them not to. In order to stop the withdrawals from your account and /or cancel contract, you have to change your card number.
