    I was referred to this company to take random drug screenings. I was told by one employee that once i finished my drug requirements they could file a petition on my behalf to the ***** for ******. Once i finish i called and asked for the person that quoted me ******. I was told she no longer works there and it was now 350. The gentleman assured me it could be done and hes done hundreds of them. So i paid 350 for Covilab to have a drug violation removed off my Fmcsa report. A couple of weeks later i called to check on the status and they kept hanging up on me. I contacted my substance abuse counselor because she was the One that had initially referred me to them for the drug test. She told me it was against the law to remove any govt documentation, I told her i paid them 350 so she wanted to call them on 3 way and they became argumentive with her and i and told us both to stick to your jobs. The counselor had the previous manager number and called and she told me they are running a scam and splitting the money. They claim they will have the violation removed but they know it cant be done but people pay, believing it can get done. So i and the substance abuse counselor called ***** and they told us a violation could never be removed, only corrected by a ** or employer only if the violation was submitted in error. I called Covilab back with a different number and told them what ***** said and i wanted my money back. He told me he wasnt giving me nothing back and he already submitted my petition and it wasnt true what ***** told us. So i called ***** back and they said Covilab was committing scams and they wanted me to submit a complaint. They also called Covilab to act as a customer and was told they do have violations removed. The *** from ***** said she was also escalating to issue to their fraud department and investigation department. Covilab wont give me my money back. As of 7-3 FMCSA stated covilab cannot and HAS NOT filed a petition for me

    This customer completed drug testing with us. She was aware that we do offer petition services. She was also aware that it is no guarantee on if she will win the petition. We do not make those sort of guarantees. We submit evidence to the ***** through their petition portal and it is up to them to approve or deny the petition. This client petition was submitted the same day she paid. We challenged the accuracy of information reported to the clearinghouse, based off of the evidence she provided to us. Hours after the work has been done and the petition has been submitted the client called back stating she want her money back because she think we are a scam company who did not submit her petition. We gave her all of the file numbers to prove we did the work and she did not believe. Her petition is still currently in review by the *****. Client was informed of the process and paid for petition invoice after hours on *****. Petition was submitted morning of *****. Client became extremely unruly and refused to believe that we submitted it.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    I am currently working with ***** And their fraud team.  They were on the phone with me and heard Covilab tell me false information. They are aware Covilab is telling customers they can send a petition on their behalf but ***** stated it is illegal and also they have no records of Covilab Sending anything on my behalf.  ***** Said the way their portal is set up the only person who could submit is myself or a doctor that made an error.  ***** believes covilab is creating fake accounts pretending to be the customers.  The only way a petition can be made is if it was an error and i know and covilab knows it wasnt an error.  One of Covilab employees who no longer works there told one of the *** counselors that its a scam and they never submit anything but tell the person their request was denied and they split the money in the office.  I will also submit a screenshot speaking with ***** where they are stating Covilab is committing fraud and they wanted me to send them proof that i paid them and any other information.
