    Order items and was told would be shipped out on 8/14 and arrive to me 8/16 Multiple calls and emails with out response Ever time i talked to staff member and was told something would happen it didn't, further causing a delay in product arrival

    Attached is your delivery tracking information. Our parts department reached out yesterday to discuss shipping options. And then sent over a payment link for expedited shipping. Our parts department did proceed to overnight this package to assure you would have it for later today. Expedited shipping payment was paid today after order had already shipped out. I apologize these parts were delayed and caused unnecessary stress.

    I am rejecting this response because:

     

    Communication is key, I explained at time of payment that i need status so can adjust appts as needed. 

    I the customer should not be chasing you all for information.

    When you as business tell me something will happen i expect it, and if not possible let me know ahead

     

    ive sent emails asking for info with no response

     

    been told on calls will call back then no call

     

    been told will send you a link then received hours later, not aware if its contingent on shipping

     

    alex in parts was not able to confirm anytbing for shipping

     

    shipping already charged on original order then have to pay it again, doesn't make any sense.
