    This apartment complex is terrible with everything. From the crime that takes place here, to the unresponsive office staff. I've been moved out of this property for two months now. I have yet to receive my refundable security deposit. The lack of response has been nothing but even more infuriating when it comes to getting my deposit back. Just an FYI, do not rent any apartments here, as it is extremely difficult to get someone to respond to you.

    MANAGEMENT ***** ASS!On Friday, 9/13/2024 my vehicle was stolen. I'm assuming my fob broke off my keys because the keys made it inside not my fob. I filed a police report of course and contacted the leasing office when they opened on 09/14/2024 along with the officer and was told ****** was the only with access to such and to come back Monday. Came back Monday told to come back at 1, came back at 1 was told 5. Nothing. Started the process on Tuesday and apparently I'm getting on his nerves because He stated it was take a while due to footage having to be eight hours long. He stated it was my fault my car was stolen and he'd need to make time to look at footage. I've been here 10 days and at $1530 you would think by now he would have delivered something. DO NOT MOVE HERE! And they'll say they have security patrolling that too is a lie.

    Poor Management. My daughter was suppose to receive an email with her move out instructions. She never received the email, but was verbally told my front office that she needed to be out by the 9th. She was charged over 400 dollars for staying after the 4th. This apartment has had poor management since she move in 2022. Everyone that works in the office say different things based on the wind. I spoke with the new manager (4th) in two years, ******. He completed a 5 minute investigation into whether or not my daughter was as fought and of course he found no discrepancy with their move out policy. I would encourage anyone that reads this to NEVER MOVE HERE. I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau. I would give them a negative -10. I am only giving 1 star because you can't give in the negative.

    This Place is absolutely DISGUSTING the property manager ***** doesnt know how to speak to Tenants or maybe just women ! Because when my boyfriend arrived his attitude CHANGED completely! I was charged two *** fees or whatever a Returned payment is called when infact i have money in my account! Ive been scheduling payments for 6 Months and never Had any problems till this February you reach out for help And NOBODY gets back to you and then he tells you thats our fault and we should know how THEIR system works. I was told by a LA to bring my bank statement do you think ***** even looked at it? NOPE I feel as tho im paying fir Vallet trash , gate and pool , wifi , and pest control and I'm doing all that MYSELF! Pool and gate has NEVER worked since weve been here *** complained to the office and spoke to the garbage man myself he ensured he would pick up our garbage still has yet to do so!! This is My families first ************** in ********* and we totally regret moving in here .
